A: We're working on getting the servers set up with all the rules and configs, as well as HLTV on each of the match servers.
Q: How many servers will there be?

A: If a timed round exceeds the time limit because the bomb is planted, that round will be extended until the bomb has either been defused or blown up.
Q: What will the map rotation be?
A: The rotation hasn't been decided yet, but we know there's a demand for dust2, cbble, inferno, nuke, and train. These will definitely be considered as our maps. The chances of adding aztec are slim, since it is a one-sided map.
What are the rules and regulations?
The Ten Commandments will tell you all you need to know about rules and regulations. This is holy word, and to follow these rules are wise. To break them
will end up putting your butthole on the market for demons from hell to rape.
1. Any player found cheating, ghosting or hacking in any form will be banned on sight. We will be watching.
2. Teams will be chosen at random. If a team member decides to leave early, or can no longer stay for his appointed matches,
a ringer must be found. If the team cannot find a ringer for the match, the match will continue without that member. If the team chooses not
to play with inadequate players, that team will forfeit that match, and will also forfeit their rank in the tournament as well as their ability
to play in the tournament.
3. This tournament shall be a "drama free" tournament. Any drama that is provoked in the tournament will be dealt with. Unecessary drama may result in your
team being disqualified from the tournament.
4. Like the ten commandments, the admin's word is the word of God. Any disobediance in orders given by the admin may cause your team to be disqualified.
5. Demos will be recorded by every single person playing in the match. Recording of the demo will start BEFORE the FIRST Live On Three (LO3) execution, and will
be stopped at halftime. Another demo will be recorded for the second half. It must be recording BEFORE the SECOND LO3 executes. In addition to recording demos,
players will have to upload their demos to the n00bfest website on an FTP server. The information for the server will be provided at a later time. Once a demo
has been submitted, no one will be able to remove it.
6. Matches will last for no longer than twenty-five minutes. Each half of the match will be ten minutes long. Intermission will be five minutes. All players are
required to be in the match server five minutes prior to their scheduled match time. If a player is unable to make it to a match, that team has ten minutes to
find the necessary ringer(s) or they will forfeit that match. No exceptions.
7. Players NEED to respect every other player in the tournament BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER the match and tournament has completed.
8. Only stock Counter-Strike: Source maps will be played during the tournament. No CAL/CEVO/CPL maps will be played during the match.
9. Any player who has connection issues during the match will be allowed to rejoin the match at any time, but if multiple disconnects occur, they will need to be
replaced by a ringer.
10. Once a team has either lost or forfeit a match, each player from that team will be be eligible as a ringer for other teams participating in the tournament.
In addition, if a team already has five players to play, no player can be switched out with a ringer. A ringer is simply someone who helps in a time of
necessity to complete the match. They are not someone to trade.
More information will be provided as we work on this. Your feedback is welcomed.
