For any server or website related issue, pm the IT usergroup on the forum.

To request admin or report admin abuse, pm the Elders usergroup on the forum. Be sure to include your in-game name and any other relevant information (steamid, ip address, dates/times if applicable). Complaining about the server or an admin should not be done on an open forum. Please keep such discussions in email form.

For any n00bfest council or membership-related issues, PM the Council usergroup on the forum.

If you were banned from one of our servers and wish to appeal the ban, read this and create a thread in the Unban Requests forum. Remember, the more polite and reasonable you are, the more polite and reasonable we will be. Creating a rage thread in an open forum will only get you banned from our website too.
