My pc isnt too old, and this has happened b4, just dont remember how I fixed it. oreX, I cant format, so no. That's not an option.

It's a windows problem. BIOS detects them, Device Manager detects them. But, they do not show up in "My Computer".

In device manager, there is a yellow caution sign next to them. My dad and I decided that meant it was a driver problem.
