Funny story, actually!
Their first solution was "cancel your service if you don't like it." Excellent customer service if I do say so myself. Then they told me to contact their isp for them. I was like "WTF? Bitch please. It's your isp; you call them. You're the ones with the contract with them." Then I got pissed and finally called their isp. You know what they told me? They told me that since I wasn't a direct customer that I couldn't open a ticket. I laughed really really hard while on the phone with the guy and then said "ok, thanks, bye" and hung up. THEN I responded to the funservers ticket and sent them several tracerts and then they said it was resolved. It wasn't. On top of all that, cs_assault crashed the server constantly. I did a complete reinstall of the entire server... did it fix it? Hell no. Piece of junk. Damned piece of junk. THAT issue may be. The issue I had involved bandwidth. The tracerts I had for theplanet.com had bad hops on their routers. When I'd renew my wan ip, sometimes it'd fix itself. My issue was alllll bandwidth related.

The old elite server and the main server are on different machines. The elite server is on a machine by itself.
