He was probably waiting until the promotions got announced to put all of them in the cfg files at once. I noticed like a few minutes after they were announced, I had my new powers.

I just have returned from Las Vegas and my week long new years bash out there. I still stink like an overcrowded airplane and have gotten Zero sleep since 9pm last night, but I had to come to the forums and still say hello and happy new year to everyone.
I am honored to have the privilege to serve and keep n00b space safe. I will keep in mind and say to myself while playing, "what would corpse do"
