It's an m-16 with a custom clip and a nice scope....the m4 used to have a scope in cs...but that was back in like bete 0.3 I think...long ass time ago

If its the XM8, its still in the testing phase. For the entire military, "X" stands for Experimental. If i remember right, the Army's testing it out, seeing if they like it or not.
