Post Would the world be better...
I've been talking to Kitten and decided to make a post about our conversation, just to see what everyone else thinks..

Would the world be better without obeseity? Explain why or why not.

YES A WORLD WITHOUT GMAN IS A BETTER WORLD!!!
but seriously, obesity mostly happens in america, if we could change peoples opinions about what acceptable then they would take better care of themselves.

No. It's like saying "would the world be better without people with brown hair?"

Individuality is a must. However, there is a problem with obesity in the western world (my fat American ass included) and it should be addressed. HOWEVER! As Americans, it's our freedom to be fat asses and nobody can do a damn thing about it.

The world would be better with and without a lot of things.

I think it is a problem, agreeing with Gman as i am a fatass also! wheee. But most people won't loose wait because lack of encouragment, and most just don't have the motivation. If someone keeps calling you fat fat fat, you are always gonna be fat, you are not going to try and get healthy. Most say "But i don't wanna excercise" You don't have to, i mean it's good, but simply eating healthy would be good! ok im done. Im going to go eat some greasy hamburgers now.

LMAO, pwnt. I don't think the world would necessarily be better. It might just downsize everything a bit. And without obesity we would still have Gman, but without as much man. So we'd have to call him G.

Saying the world would be "better off" without any group or subgroup with a particular affliction or defect sounds like an easy question at first. You have to take the same rule and apply it to other subgroups to determine how it measures-up against the rule of "fair".

How about this one... would the world be better off if we simply terminated babies that are born defective? Why waste all that money and all those resources? Wait.... ok.. if you're RICH then you can have a crippled baby because you pay for it yourself. No public money should be spent on defective humans of any kind.

You see how the seemingly harmless rule suddenly becomes evil when applied to another group?

Don't even get me started on smokers. Sue the tobacco company? If they even THINK about sueing the tobacco company after they smoked for 35 years and got cancer, they should be shot. That's like saying I'm gonna sue Ford because the car took me to the store where I bought the cigarettes was a Ford. Smoke if you want, but don't pretend likle you thought it was harmless.

What we have to do is eliminate the enablers. Once a person gets so fat they cannot get off the sofa to go eat, they should (in theory) start losing weight. Unfortunately, they don't. Some jackass who "loves" them always seems to think it's their duty to bring them daily rations including a 24pc. bucket of chicken and 2 chocolate pies.

F*CK that. If you can't walk to the fridge, you're "done". Until you can get there again, you don't need any more. You know what? I say they should make them stop riding that F*CKING motorized cart around the store, too. I never see actual handicapped people using those. It's always some old fat lady with her calves dragging the ground making a horrid squeaking noise.

When I can't walk around the store or drag my ass to the fridge, I will obviously be "on a diet". Until then.... COTTON CANDY FOR EVERYONE! I still have a ways to go though. I'm only 220 pounds so far, and I'm 6 ft/6-1. Give me time... I'm working on it.

Of course the world would be "better off" if we could eliminate certain subgroups, wouldn't it? In order to fully understand the impact of that action, I recommend everyone watch the movie "It's a Wonderful Life". You cannot eliminate any one person without impacting others. Perhaps those rather large members of our human race are necessary simply because of the 2 or 3 key individuals they might impact. If that's the case, then they do indeed serve a greater purpose than we realize. It might be a fat lady who gives birth to the second coming of Jesus. Or a fat man struggling to get in his car might block traffic just long enough for that drunk driver to NOT be at the intersection and hit my child. We might never know the benefits of someone's existence.

This would be a good time to say "lol my girlfriend and I are taller than Corpse"

But seriously.

Here's what I said to Twiztid:

angrykitten47 (10:39:38 PM): Yes, the world would be better without obesity.
angrykitten47 (10:39:40 PM): BUT
angrykitten47 (10:39:49 PM): the problem is not with the obese people.
angrykitten47 (10:40:14 PM): The problem is with the "in-shape" people not accepting the obese people for what they are - which is human.
angrykitten47 (10:41:56 PM): like the worst thing for a kid is to grow up obese because of the scars their peers leave them with.
angrykitten47 (10:43:19 PM): So that's really my answer.
angrykitten47 (10:43:29 PM): Yes, because people just don't know how to treat each other.

Actually the world would be a better plavce if people used proper grammar, and spelling. Well at least then I wouldn't have a headache after reading some posts.

However, I have to agree with Corpse.

im with corpse

but to add on to what he said...

i find nothing wrong with fat people all of my dads family is fat and i see nothing wrong with them BUT i do see a problem when some one can not controle them selfs and get so fat to where it is detrimental to their health if you are so fat to where you are going to die or have some kind of disablility then i think the world would be better off with out your fat asses cause if you are just going to sit around with no controle of your eating and then eat yourself to deatlh then you are help to no one

so to wrap this up go run walk jog anything that gets you moving more than to the fridge

It's choices....lazy people want a quick fix.

They don't want to get out of there car to go grocery shopping,
so they go through the drive through windows and order all the fatty foods
they want.

I think if most people cooked there own food, it would cut down on fatness alot.

also, people make the choice to sit down and watch TV or play video games
instead of riding there bikes or walking.

I know I'd rather be sitting in front of the computer playing CZ, and eating
a pizza!

But what I should be doing is going out getting what I need to take care of done....work on me.
