if you know the address to a server, simply go to your console and type something that looks like this:
connect 63.222.55.111:27015
(use a real IP address, though.)

no. it by-passes that long F*CKIN list of servers and connects you to whatever server you want. you have to know the IP of the server in order for this to work, though.

yeah i only use direct connect for scrims, but lik ocelot said, you can just click remove after your done...that way if somehow you get disconnected you can join back without going to look for the ip again.

retry in console takes you back to the last server you were in.
