If you really want to post on how fast your link is go to www.dslreports.com, click Tools, then Speedtests, and post your speedtest. Plain and simple.
For example from my workstation (on a LAN that has ssh/ftp/http servers on the gateway, the PB DeathMatch(with 8 ppl playing) and Stats server on another) I get.. Welcome to BBR! Run more tests! see forums 2005-11-19 11:28:50 EST: 2462 / 283 Your download speed : 2462 kbps or 307.7 KB/sec. My DSL was a LOT better than my cable is. I only have one phone jack in my house, or else i'd have DSL right now. Cox "high speed" internet blows dick. F*CK them.
