 THE POLLS HAVE CLOSED AND THE VOTES HAVE BEEN COUNTED!!n00bs of the world, your voice has been heard loud and clear. In a landslide victory, I am proud to proclaim your newest addition to the n00bfest Elders:
oreX I want to sincerely thank all of the participants, voters, and especially those nominees who put their pride on the line and offered to spend their time representing the population of n00bfest. Remember, there are no losers here,... just people that didn't exactly "win". heh heh Now that all voting is complete, I can release the official results. The final voting was as follows: oreX - 19 Joe Mamma - 9 Sir Dies Alot - 8 Squirlly - 6 Which is really surprising to me because the primary voting was like this: Squirlly - 16 Sir Dies Alot - 10 Joe Mamma - 9 oreX - 8 Greenman - 7 Tek - 4 Dirty Mitch - 4 Vision - 4 Madballer - 3 Strange - 3 Crayola - 2 Ocelot - 2 Morbid - 1 Baldreaper - 1 Jinxie Cat - 1 Saint - 1 Jay Bizzle - 1 Durango Kid - 1 Weedman - 1 Spyda - 1 Apparently, there's a lot to be said for good campaigning skills. I would like to once again thank all of you for your participation and attempts to serve the community. I've been inspired by it and I hope to one day be worthy of your efforts. Congratulations are in order for our newest elder!!! Welcome oreX!. Don't get discouraged folks... there's another possibe elder election in 3 months. We have talked about having at least 2 voted elders in the elder group at any given time. Each would serve a six month term, and the votes would be every 3 months. So basically we would be replacing one of them every 3 months. We'll be discussing this and other growth plans and launching that information as it becomes available. _________________  |
