What is Gman looking for for his graphics team?

Can you make animated sprays for Source? Do you know how to make steam skins using your own original graphics and ideas? Do you know how to create your own original artwork? Do you know how to animate with flash, fireworks, adobe, etc? Do you know how to make and edit your own videos? [avi/mpg/etc] Are you familiar with recording/capturing/editing demos to make your own videos? Do you have a basic understanding of one of the following? [HTML/SHTML, PHP, SQL, CSS, JavaScript] Are you intimately familiar with one of the following? [Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Fireworks, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Jasc PaintShop, GIMP] If your answer to two or more of those is YES, then send me an email: gman@n00bfest.com and let me know your forum name (I don't have all of your real names memorized ;-)) and your qualifications. Feel free to link to, NOT ATTACH, any of your artwork OR leave the best way for me to contact you so I can see some of your art. I'm looking for a very small crowd of people, 3-5 tops, to work on some special projects for the n00b community.
