Infamous first of all what games do you play?

Check out some of the ads at the bottom of the forum pages. A lot of those change from day-to-day and there's a shitload of video card deals usually showing up in there.

I play HL2, CZ and WarCraft III. I'm getting a game called F.E.A.R. when it comes out and my card now can't handle it. I might get the nVidia 6800 GT AGP

6800gt will run F.E.A.R but at low settings and mediem detail with some FPS going down to 10 somtimes.... I have a 7800GTX and i get 80 Frames per sec its your best bet. Even a 7800 GT will do a good job on it. To tell you the truth i would tell you to wait and Upgrade your mobo why stay with AGP ? Just Get a new Mobo that has a PCI- Express Slot and then save up for either the new Nvidia card coming out or the new Ati card coming out that way you will be able to play everything Perfect :) just a suggestion. If not get a X850 XT that is the 2nd fastest card out right now and if you look you can find some cheap prices.

Joker we're all not rich as you, so we can't by the f**king 7800, so we
have to settle with the 6800 GT 256, which btw is an extremely good card.

Wow, I can play FEAR on my Radeon 9800 Pro on meduim detail and get more than 10 FPS in like, all of the game.

Yeah, I'd just like to say that I got my computer all fixed up and I'm getting a constant 150 fps in Source.

I bought the 6800 GT and I play F.E.A.R. on highest settings and runs so so smooth. That game scared the shit out of me at points, its creepy and the gameplay kicks so much ass. I was on ventrilo with BLUEBARRY and I made him download the demo. When that game comes out I'll be first to get it, then probably have to work, then I'll play it all night long.
