First you have to master the proper way to spell [n00b]...0's not O's. Then you put [rct] next to your name, and the elder members will keep an evil eye on you to see if you are [n00b] worthy.

[n00b] so...i am not a "[n00b]" yet...so i put that thing in my name so it looks like "[rct]Steakywill" so the n00b dudes can tell im kinda "trying out" and they can see if i meet the [n00b] standards. is that right?
