After 10 years of working in the trenches I was promoted to manager. Now I basically manage my team and delegate work request to my team of engineers supporting all data request in the SE region. We engineer and support all the Cisco routers, switches and related WAN circuits (frame to OC48) for the ATMs and Bank Branches as well as all those back office sky scrapers with Bank logos at the top of them in all the major SE cities. I mainly sit on phone conference calls and delegate work anymore. Done a lot of bank mergers the past 8 years. It's not a bad gig, beats flipping burgers or pumping gas etc... 8) _________________
