But Now the RIAA and MPAA organizatiosn (private companies) Have reached an agreement with several ISp's including Comcast and Verizon.

They will Now search The users history and data and will Send Emails to customers about copyright laws. After a few times The ISP will throttle your bandwidth Or even cut your internet completely off until you call them and explain yourself. WTF

This in my honest opinion is BS. This is so invasive. Not only that, they can easily accidentally label somebody for something they didn't do thanks to wireless computing. What a stupid idea. Not the way to deal with piracy.

All this will do is make sharing go even further underground. I see a lot more encrypted zip/rars in the future. Hopefully the ISP's will operate with a presumption of innocence where all content is assumed legal until proven otherwise.
