He broke into a Las Vegas hotel room and "demanded his things back".....problem was it was at gun point. PEACE YOURE OUTTA HERE. He recieved 33 years with parole after 9. He couldve got a life sentence with parole on the kidnapping charge. _________________

Re: Casey Anthony.. OJ lost the civil trial that followed the criminal one. Civil requires a much lower burden of proof and he got snagged, just as Casey would have. Wrongful Death I believe.
