So i have been in the weight room a bit for the last couple months and i was wondering if anyone has messed with Deca 300 and super test 300? tryin to find out the weekly amount the take and all the stuff i need to know with it... holla back me

I imagine you're talking about 'roids (Deca Durabolin I believe?), but why do you feel like you need to take them? I'm a regular at the gym but I never felt the need for steroids.

Yes Deca Durabolin.. idk i eat right, workout good, i take in about 350-400 grams of protain a day. its just im not getting that cut.. im 6'2 210, got a decent body on me but i want to be pretty ripped by the end of july.. thats about 2.5 months i know thats now alot of time, but my friend that used to be there got huge in about 3-4 months doing deca. im just wondering if that would be the right way to go...

dont be a F*CKING idiot. stick with a normal work out and keep lifting. mix it up and keep your muscles guessing. dont take the easy road and be a bitch.

Keep workin' out & lean up. Don't forget that the best way to get cut is to raise that metabolism, so make sure you're doing your cardio too.

Creatine isnt bad if you know how to actually use it, like how to load and unload etc. Steroids on the other hand are not the friendliest of supplements. All sorts of problems can come from them, heart problems, liver problems, sex problems. If your so convinced on doing them then know this. The instant you stop the intake of steroids your muscles will go flab again and all that gained mass will just get saggy and useless. Even if you keep working out. You'll lose the strength and jus keep the mass. I did mention you'll lose the tone too right? Do what you like but my two cents are on the table, use em as you please.

From a personal training stand point. You are a retard. I will give you very simple advice here but let me preface all of this with the following statement "Lifting is a marathon not a sprint"

1. Keep lifting hard and adjust your lifts and such to suit your goals (bulking, cutting, strength, mass training, etc)
2. Eat right make sure to keep your diet in check.
3. Steroids are never the answer it just means you lack the motivation and drive to succeed. Plus all the obvious health risks
4. Test boosters of the such your talking about are stupid. Stick to one that is all natural such as 'Testopro' or 'Animal Stak'

Oh Creatine is just fine for you, unless of course you have a pre-exisiting liver condition in which case you should reval. everything your taking anyway. But...I would advise taking Creating Ethyl Ester (CEE)vs Monohydrate.

I am 6'4 230 came from being 200 and it only took me about 4 months to do then I started to maintain. I've never touched any of that stuff. Its all about hard work I cannot stress this enough steroids are not the answer. I just started bulking again Stil got another 15 lbs till I'm happy.

But I can only warn you against taking the stuff. If you do decide to take it, make sure you do your research (Pre/post- cycle, doses, diet, PCT, etc)

Even easier, download p90x, gives you diet workouts and everything. Just need to buy basic supplies of dumbells and pull up bar, yoga mat is optional.
