I did watch the entire video. I watched him lie about scanners the entire time. I mean come on, the guy said that scanners would scan an image into 1 single layer, which just isn't true. I guarantee that if it was just 1 single layer, some asshole on youtube would be all, "HEY! look at this shit, it's just ONE LAYER!!!!! Scanners would put the image into seperate layers because of the OCR!!!! That means we can renounce Obama as our president!!!!! YEAH!"

There is probably exif / embedded metadata that shows what device this thing was scanned on -- I'd bet with 99% confidence that it's some huge high end scanner / copier / fax unit that does the more advanced stuff like OCR.

Just for the record a "Certificate of live birth" is not a birth certificate.This is something you can get a judge to grant if you have lost the original and all proof has been destroyed or lost.You basically have to go before a judge and plead a case that the mother was a citizen and that the baby was born on American soil.Then the judge just makes a ruling on it.

Im not saying he is or he isn't just that its not the same thing.And hell,you cant even play little league baseball without an original (no copies) "Birth Certificate".

I thought that for a long time as well State, but it turns out that there is was weird quirk in the law regarding citizenship of a child born on foreign soil at the time Obama was born. If a child was not born on US soil and only one parent was a US citizen then that parent had to have resided in the United States for at least 10 years, 5 of which had to be after the age of 16. Since Obama's mother was only 18 at the time she did not meet the requirement, and therefore Obama would not have been a US citizen if he was not born on US soil.

There is no doubt that something strange went on when Obama was born because according to college transcripts Obama's mother was not even in Hawaii when on his supposed birthdate. It is a matter of public record that she was attending classes at the University of Washington in August of 1961. According to her transcripts she would have had to fly to Hawaii mid-week to give birth and return almost immediately to resume classes. Ann Dunham was not enrolled in the University of Hawaii until the Fall of 1962. Additionally there is a woman who claims that she was Obama's nanny when Ann Dunham attended college in Washington, which implies that he was born well before the start of the fall semester in 1961. None of it makes any sense.

The fact is that Hawaii was only made a state in 1959, and in 1961 the administrative infrastructure of the state was nowhere near as tight as the rest of the United States. A few dollars in the right place and it would have been easy to get someone to create a birth record that did not exist so your child could gain US citizenship. Of course I don't know what really happened, but based on the decipherable facts things most certainly did not go down as they have been described. Ann Dunham was a very strange bird who was quite the radical non-conformist, and many things that happened around the time of Obama's birth indicate that the situation was far more complex than some people would like us to believe.
