Re: FUUUUUUUUU Apartment complex is definitely liable, especially if the tree was dead and they did not do anything about it. Does not matter if their insurance covers it or not, its only an "Act of God" if the tree was healthy and a storm took it down. Standing dead or diseased trees are the responsibility of the property owner. If they give you shit then sue them.
