The forums are a means of COMMUNICATION and some of the people who can address issues such as vent being down or other server related issues arent always on steam they could be at work but can check the forums it also informs our other vent users that they arent the only ones who cannot connect to vent. There was no need to flame him for letting us know there is a problem. I've been seeing alot of this kind of shit lately on the forums and i dont like it.
