Helion here. (NOT pronounced "HELL-ion", it's pronounced "Hee-Leon". Just a FYI considering no one has said it correctly in game yet.. lulz)

Most of you know me as the apparent "hacker" that's been playing in the server the last few days. (I've actually played in the server many times a whiiile back; it was the first server that popped up in my history once I started playing again recently so it was my first choice.) Regardless, I'm not here to small talk, I'm here to clear my name and straighten this whole shindig out with a lot of you who have been accusing me of hacking and calling me every name in the book if I kill them now. One guy cries and says I'm a hacker, and all of a sudden everyone with a [n00b] tag starts spec'ing me specifically looking for any reason whatsoever to convince themselves I actually am hacking, or using scripts, or some similar bucket of cat shit nonsense that I am NOT doing. Oh well. Can't please everyone, right?

First off, if you're going to call me a hacker, make sure you even know what to look for in the first place. It's on the interwebz kids, look up what someone using hacks actually looks like on YouTube. The player's screen shakes in a regimented way almost constantly.. when they fire, their crosshair snaps all over the exact same spot ignorantly blatant and mechanically, they move and aim at people stupidly fast (and very robot-like as well), if they're using walls they're constantly looking/following people through solid walls half way across the map.. it's ridiculous. None of these things I am even remotely demonstrating. I know where the other team is just as much as any of you do in-game. The only advantage I may have is that I run CSS off my studio computer, which is hooked up to a hardware mixer with an m-audio delta1010 sound card, and I use incredible headphones. All that means is that my sound is fantastic and I get a great sense of 3-dimensional placement where people's footsteps are, so all this nonsense about me using walls can hopefully be put to rest. Don't want me to not know where you might be? Stop making noise. Or, don't kill someone and stay in the same damn place if someone (like me) chases the radar activity. Simple.

At first I was wrongfully accused of aimbotting by Badguy because I killed him a bunch of times and he started pissing his pants and getting all butt hurt over it. (Badguy has had it out for me since the first day I saw him on the server. The kid's got nothing nice to say about anybody, all he does is complain and bitch every time he dies.. I wouldn't expect anything less from someone like him. Food for thought, Badguy: If you aren't enjoying the game, GTFO. I don't come in to the server to hear you cry and call people AFRICAN AMERICANS and faggots for killing you, I come in to play CS and have a good time. Something I can't seem to do with half of the power-tripping self righteous bullshit I've gotten. Who do you think you all are anyways? None of you know anything about me, I say 2 words per game in chat, and you all seem to pin me for some fuckwad punk because you ASSUME I hack?! lawl. Grow up or shut up, and if you can't take it, don't dish it out.)

Anyways, that's fine.. I've been wrongfully accused of h4x many times before, no big deal -- joke's on them, I've never ran a script or a hack in my life. Get good, baddie. Simple. I don't even use buy scripts for F*CK sakes. And for those of you saying "OH, he knows what scripts are! He's a h4x0r!" .. there's a key difference between being AWARE of something, and actually USING something. Funny story actually, I was slayed by an admin for killing him with a nade while he was sitting up in the little ladder room on nuke. I saw him in there firing pot shots at people who were running by outside, so I tossed a nade in there at him and it pumped his asshole full of shrapnel and tossed him the hell outta there. His reasoning for slaying me afterwards? Aimbot. Yes. I apparently used an AIMBOT (a program that locks your crosshair while you hold the trigger down onto the person's body part you specify) to LOB ["lob - to fire (a missile, as a shell) in a high trajectory so that it drops onto a target"] a grenade into the room to kill him. That's just absolutely hilarious to me. I mean, are you kidding me?! You accuse someone of hacking or walling, and yet you all have no legitimate basis to back it up, let alone demonstrate a full understanding of how CS hacks or scripts, actually work? (And before anyone shits themselves over me knowing the jist of how hacks work.. I've been playing CS since it was a mod for Half Life 1, in its beta stages when the M4 used to have a scope and there were only 2 player models, de_jeep was the best map, dust2 wasn't even made yet.. whole buncha crazy shit before source or 1.6.. so I've been around the block a few times, had my fair share of being an admin on servers, and I know how hacks work and what to look for. Relax, take a ritalin, and finish your apple juice.)

Now though, because no one thinks I'm using actual h4x'z anymore (because I'm not?!), I'm being accused of using scripts. Yup, I'm not walling or aimbotting anymore, I'm sxr1ipt1ng. Which is funny, actually.. I get shot at from behind by you punks more times than I do up close and personal lol. I may/may not have a GENERAL IDEA of where someone COULD POSSIBLY BE, if he/she were to make noise. Dust2, for instance, has very few places people could be if I happen to hear noise in a certain area. It's because I'm skilled in dust2 if I'm in my groove, and I've learned the map. It has nothing to do with how good of a shot I am, if you think I hack, whatever... it has everything to do with weighing the probabilities of where someone could be if a team mate dies on the radar and I'm heading there. The same goes for most maps. If I'm no good at a map or I don't know where all the hallways or whatever lead, I'll blow chunks. I played dust and dust2 for years straight back in the day. So I don't know all the maps in rotation very well. Hell, I haven't even been playing source steady that long. I still don't. So as a result, as I'm demostrating a lot of the time, I'm not consistent on the scoreboard through the rotation. Not because I turn my hax off.. lawl.. it's because I don't know the maps and people keep flanking me or F*CKIN my face with surprises. It's called a learning curve. Learning takes time, and practice. If you guys spent half as much time practicing how to control your shooting in-game as you did crying about people over your microphones, you'd understand this too, and be hell of a lot better at this game than I am. A lot of the maps where I usually play real shitty (piranesi, office, for examples..), I get accused of turning OFF my hacks. LOL?! Come on... I'm a naturally aggressive, fast, twitchy player and I have some insane peripheral vision.. so if I see or hear someone in the corner of my monitor flanking me or running around like a cum fart, I'm gonna get my crosshairs over there as fast as I can to shoot them. Not always successfully, might I add, but the times I do pull off quick 180's or 1-deags or snap-shots I get accused of hax. Just ridonkulous. (There are probably tutorials on YouTube if any of you want to learn how the guns and crosshairs actually behave in CSS so you can learn these tricks too!) And what scripts are these that I'm using, by the way?! Let's make a nice list so it's easier to read for anyone who may have a learning disability.

- Recoil scripts? Something that mechanically adjusts your mouse movement up and down for you when you fire a bullet? Sorry, I don't use those. Look up how to control recoil while spraying and moving.. bullet trajectories change all the time depending on how you're moving and where you're aiming in CSS. Also, look up tips on how to fire single shots with the deagle while maintaining accuracy while stop-strafing. It's a widely used technique by "HOMOSEXUAL hackers" who get paid to play this game, who actually don't hack. Funny story. Also.. AK/M4.. works best if you use 2 round bursts. Take your time. Strafe, stop, strafe.. repeat. Simples.

Oh look. The list is done. Why? Because that is the ONLY type of script I'm aware of that is out there unless you download a standalone hack that runs outside of your steam client. Derp. These standalone plugins by the way, are the hacks that people get VAC banned every day, the ones you accuse me of over and over again, and also the ones many of you should learn to actually correctly spot if you're going to continue to be active admins on a public server. Usually helps.

Now, if most of you have learned over the years to be good sports about a lot of this, you'll appreciate my aggression and length in this post. I've been treated like absolute garbage since I started playing in the server recently, been called more slang words for "HOMOSEXUAL" than I can count, and obviously you can only push someone so far. I've played the nice guy all this time.. shrugged it off, laughed at you guys for crying by typing the occasional "LOL" at your remarks after I rape you.. but enough's enough. I have done nothing other than demonstrate a superior level of accuracy and skill than most of you, and I've hardly even said a full sentence up until now.. so on a basis of just treating me like shit, threatening to ban me, whatever.. all because you have some false consensus about how I play -- is just wrong. So I'm giving some of it back, as it were. I'm not some droopy-eyed dyslexic punk that takes kindly to verbal abuse every time I congratulate someone on a good round, or say "gg", kill someone, die, or join a F*CKING team. Basically as soon as my name comes up on your screens, you're all doing cannon-balls on it as if it were a stiff dick. Relax.

Anyways.. I like the server. Good balance of skilled players, most people are funny as hell and it's nice to see an active community. I'm also starting to get a better understanding of the map rotation and the different maps, so it's a win-win. What I don't like is all this bullshit over complete nonsense, and being treated like I have been for killing people in a game where the objective is to kill people. Irony is ironic. And what's even more ironic is if you all take this post to heart and shit the bed over it. Like I said.. don't go around calling everyone and their sister a cunt without expecting at least one person to speak out. Don't dish it out if you can't take it. Now let's all stop getting red in the face over video games, and start using logic and our problem solving skills to better understand when someone is cheating. This isn't monopoly.. I'm not hiding 50's in my pockets.. it's a video game, and I just so happen to be better than some of you. Hell, some of you are better than I am, and I never cry? I say "ns" if someone dinks me from across the map and I don't see them. Good job. Move on. Good night.

If you can't take some shit from the regulars you are not going to last on this server so might aswell go find a new one. Also if you want your name pronounced correctly don't be a F*CKING douche and pick something hard to pronounce for most people, most people don't have a perfect vocabulary and when you throw something in that's a challenge most will get it wrong. In his defense, it is natural to get a bit aggressive about these things if you've suffered this kind of treatment a lot. He could have worded some things a bit differently, but I doubt he means any harm.

Helion, many of us had to go through a baptism by fire to become a part of this community (some more than others). You are going to get a lot of shit talking when you play here. Make no mistake about it. Consider it to be part of the unique n00bfest experience and roll with it. As time rolls by, it'll be something to look back at and laugh about. Trust me.

As far as hacking/cheating is concerned - here is the one simple fact you have to remember. As long as you do not cheat, you have nothing to fear. People might accuse you constantly, but if you truly do not cheat, nothing will happen to you. If you do cheat, you will be caught. It's as simple as that. So don't pay attention to what others say about you.

The key is, when faced with aggression (especially from admins/high ranked n00bs), don't fight back. As you play here more and more, you'll learn that it takes a bit of time and patience to earn the trust of many of the n00bs. In the end, it'll all be worh it. As an added bonus, after playing here for a while, you will be molded into a virtual badass, just like how a military bootcamp will turn you into a real badass.

So keep playing here, learn the ways of the n00b, and perhaps you will become a regular of this community. Have fun :)

All of these guys are right, you have no right to come here and start calling out people and then tell us how to run our show.
The system has been in place long before I got here and you are not just gonna waltz in and change the way we do things.
Sometimes I have been known to be a little aggresive on the Main, and have appologized for it before. But after reading your F*CKING shit I can see I was right to give you such greif. Even if you do not hack, what gives you the right to play on soemones server....and because you don't like somthing that a n00b member says your just going to go to our site and "give us a peice of your mind" like we owe you something?
