 Re: Joe's Birthday
What is this "vagina" thing you mention??! I do not know, since my goddamned wife can't even spread her F*CKING legs, or perform the art of fellatio, for my birthday.....
EDIT: Serious question here: What kind of wife doesn't give out birthday sex? Or, for that matter, ANY sex when you've been gone for five weeks? OH! Six weeks, that's right! I didn't get any sex for the last week before I left, too! I've been home for four days, so far, and had sex once -- and that was a quicky within the first hour that I was home, after a promise of "more that night"....
Is sex this big of a deal to other married guys? Like, I'm to the point of saying screw it, I'm done, because of lack of sex...

 Re: Joe's Birthday
I've never been married, so take this for what it's worth... I think situations like that where wives deprive husbands of sex is due to a variety of issues, and many times it boils down to the fact there is no love in the relationship anymore. They just cohabitate like they are roommates without showing affection towards one another, so they lose that loving feeling and eventually grow to resent one another. The only way to turn it around is to take it upon yourself to romance the other, really romance him/her, and create love once again. Or get a divorce and find someone who really wants to bone you...

Is sex this big of a deal to other married guys? Like, I'm to the point of saying screw it, I'm done, because of lack of sex... Joe, I although I am a new person to join the group of people who have committed themselves to another person(recently engaged), I'd like to share with you my opinion on the matter. Now bare things in mind, these are strictly my opinion, I do not know anything about your current marital relationship, and this is a mere input of my personal relationship I have with my fiance. I know we have some bad blood between each other for some unknown reason, but I hope you're willing to put it aside for my post and read on. For me, committing the rest of my life to another person is a big deal, as I hope it is with everyone else. It means not only sharing my dreams, hopes and aspirations, but also sacrificing other things, such as freedom. The freedom to commit to actions that could result in me not being with her for extensive periods of time, such as placement for work in LA or in Asia. It means sacrificing infatuations I could have with other attractive females, and never provoking such actions. Mentioning all this also means that this applies vice versa to my lover too. The reason I am able to accept this is because I know I've developed not only a strong physical relationship, but also a strong mental and verbal connection. I want to marry this person because she makes me feel special to her as a individual, and I am irreplaceable to her. When it comes to our sexual relationship, we are pretty active, I can attribute part of this due to our youth (I'm 22, she's turning 24) but a big part of why we're active is because we are persistently romantic with each other. I'll learn new recipes that I'll cook for her when she comes home from school, we'll remember special occasions such as our 38th month anniversary and make a big deal out of it, and just little things that keep the relationship exciting. She recently bought for us this book: http://www.amazon.com/You-Still-Give-Bu ... 0615376630It's a meaningful book, that helps develop our relationship and keeps it fresh, but it's only one thing out of many things we do for each other to keep this relationship romantic. I'm going to heavily agree with Purple when he talks about romancing each other. It's so important because romance is a big part of why couples have sex much into their relationship. Yes, one part is physical desire, but a big reason why sites like Ashley Madison exists (site for married people to find affairs) is because the romance and feeling of "chasing" has died in their married relationship. If what I've written hasn't struck anything with you, then I'll ask you these questions. When was the last time you took a interest in something your wife holds dear?? Do you know what her favourite dish is?? Is there somewhere she wants to go recently?? Do you converse with her friends and maintain a close friendship with them?? What was the last truly romantic action you've done for her?? When was the last time you both have had a serious conversation about your current relationship and the positive and negatives about each other?? The last question, I try to have this conversation at milestones in my relationship, just to make sure I'm not doing anything critically incorrect, and it really has opened the floodgates of communication between us. I would keep topics such as "we don't bone anymore" out of it, for the mere fact that you can find the reason why behind the answers you should receive behind the question already. Joe, I know you love her not for her vagina, but for who she is. Try to remember the moments you had early on. I've fallen in that pitfall before, trust me. But at the end of the day, The pu$$y only goes so far when you feel like you're the only person in the world. We're social creatures in this world, who really need and rely on companionship and friends. Hope this helps bud.

Right turk? anything for my joe...my sweet sweet navy boy....mmmmmm...oh yeah...uhhhnnhhhh srsly tho, i am fimiliar to how you feel. my roomates are married, and the wife is complaining up and down, sometimes to the point of crying, that the husband wont have sex with her. it can be a myrad of things. a) shes cheating...usualy the first thing that pops into someones head b) she no longer finds you eroticaly/emotionaly stimulating c) she wants to exert some kind of control over your actions. d) shes trying to distance herself from you because shes tired of you. all of those are things you really dont want to hear or speculate over, but i think encompase the majority of reasons any woman denys thier man sex.

And you know what, If she is "too tired" or whatever, I just wait til the middle of the night and pull the blankets off and start taking her clothes off. Usually the raging trouser snake ends up victorious.
