so my little brother had his second mma fight.his opponent was a height class above him,and had extensive bjj training however josh my brother has been working on his standup ,so when the bell rung the guy tried to go to the map and did take josh down but josh got out of the attempted submission hold and got up and let his opponent get up.the opponent then got low to try to take him down again but my bro was waiting for him with a big right knee to the face witch severely stunned the guy almost knocking him out my bro then commenced to beating him in to the ground until the reff stopped the fight due to excessive blows they had to peel the guy off the mat.1min 13 sec TKO.my brothers training partner also won his match by sending his opponent to the hospital.great night for 8 corners fight club.this is all

How does like the wieght difference? I hear a lot of fighters have a tendacy to do better at lighter wieghts then they first expect. If he ever fights on T.V., let us know ahead of time so we could all watch and cheer.

yeah that's him 6 months ago while body building (all natural) but he couldn't get a fight at that weight they kept backing out so at the advise of his fight club he dropped 45 lbs .but he did 30 of it in 1 month pretty much by starving his self and dropped 15 in one day in the sauna to get a fight .ultimately costing him his first fight due to kidney failure he only lost by 1 point but he was in serious condition for a week .he was lucky his kidneys came back working due to his level of fitness needless to say he wont do that again he stays at 185 and dropps 5 lbs in the sauna.thanks for congrats guys .ill pass them along by the way he ocasonaly gets on our server hes name is PSALMS144:1

Congrats! I didn't know that you could lose weight like that at the sauna. This is something I have to do some research on.

Does he do any sort of exercise while in the sauna? I've heard of high-temperature yoga, so it's probably similar in that regard.
