The first time i started playing CS it was around 1.3-1.4. i was more into quake 2 weapon factory mod at the time so i hardly got on, but my buddies would get on ocassionaly and i would attempt to move around using 56K. this was back when DSL was considered the pinicle of internet technology (ZOMG you can surf the web AND talk on the phone at the same time?!?!), which me being the little kid to a poor single mother i was, diddnt have so i was raped face constantly. i would usualy go over to my friends house whos parients worked for state farm and could afford such luxury to play. i think the system i was running was an old Packard Bell desktop which by the time we upgraded i promptly dismantled and built my first franken-puter.

anyway alot of things happened, in 03 i joined the army and got shipped over to italy where i promptly left FPS games behind and emerced myself into wow when it first came out. at that time, i was running my internet through a cellphone. after i started playing WoW, time gets a little hazy...liked i slipped into a coma. I was cleaning out my computer one day and saw that i had a program called STEAM on my computer. i was like wtf is this shit...i use GameSpy! Lo and behold, a sunny Italian day in 2006 that i started wandering around different CS servers until i came accross n00bfest....i was still heavily into wow but there was just something about n00bfest that drew me in and i couldent explain it, went by the name Turkey Testicle Festival/Turkey OM NOM NOM or some such nonsense). i went back to play every once in a while, until i finaly broke down in late 05 (i think, it was before i moved to oklahoma i know that) and applied for n00bship. wouldent you know it, i came up on deployment orders before i ever got my verdic, and n00bfest faded away while i was on the proverbial bus to Iraqiland. (this is how dedicated of a gamer i was....i paid 300 bucks a month for the worst satalite internet on the planet....just to play wow). When i got back from Iraq, i was no longer married and slipped into a bit of a depression and stopped playing wow for a while.

AGAIN, whilst cleaning out my hard drive, i came accross steam and yet again i was like, wtf is this shit? looked in and saw CS. i got a bit of a gamerspark and looked through servers and whatnot, until i looked into my favorites and found only one server, n00bfest.com, and guess who was there to greet me....Angrykitten! it all suddenly started comming back once his ass started messing with my self esteem (those of you that knew him, know what im talking about). i tried to log into my forum account but couldent remember anything about it since the deployment. tried to use the lost password function and im guessing my forum account got deleted so my heart sank. do i still call myself a rct? or was i ever accepted? i mulled this around a bit, asking the admins for advice but there were only like two motherfuckers that remembered me, and even then it was only by name and not me. dug around and i had been granted n00bship about a month after i deployed i think it was, just never found out about it.

anyway i never had ANY intentions of playing CS this long or staying with the community. i just wanted to have fun and wear a clan tag because it was the cool hip thing to have. the years rolled on by, and the comrads here became close friends. more years roll by and my close friends became family, n00bfest became home, and i found a place where it was not about the game, but about eachother. when i got my lieutenant admin rank, thats when i realized that no matter what i would stay with this community until the day i die. (i would also like to mention that at the time, Luff and I were in sort of an arms race for adminship....guess who won?)

now, several years later, i still get on and feel the same when i first had that moment of clarity that n00bfest was now a perminant part of my life. We joke around, but when we talk about what this community has done for each and every one of us, i know we all get silent. we know it has done so much into shaping us into who we are, but no one can pinpoint exactly what it is that commands such loyalty. i mean it from the bottom of my heart....n00bfest is home, and there is no place like it.

as time went on, and i got into another relationship and moved to hawaii, money started to get tight but i felt that i still had to contribute something, so i came accross a thread Angrykitten made about enslaving some chinese kids to make a fighting game. He took too long so i ganked his idea and actualy made one, which is the broken Mugen link at the bottom of my sig. after the positive feedback i got from that, i got generously greedy. i wanted to do more....so i fished around for ideas and out came n00bfest radio, which i thought would have flopped the first few months had it not been for virus, tazzler, and this was about the time i changed my name to DJ Turkey perminantly. i started doing more and more, working on different projects to add some spice and give back to the community what i couldent explain it gave me, and i will continue to do so until either i am homeless, or my wife kills me (latter being more likely).

Cory, Rebeca, Adam, Nick....you guys are family to me, something i had felt for a while, but never confirmed until i met you guys face to face. thats what really drove it home. to all my n00bs and WNUB DJ's, all you pubbers and regs. you guys are the best AFRICAN AMERICANS i have ever met and it truly is a privledge to know you all.

so that brings us to modern day, WNUB is up and running great (gotten alot of positive feedback so i see no reason to stop), Broken Mugen is at a point where i can take a break to finish the radio project (haha F*CK you Steven my game kicks your asian sweatshop games ass!), and overall i just look forward to the day where its all done and i can start working on the next project to make your time in n00bfest special.

I started playing CSS back in november of 08. the first server I joined was n00bfest.com! I got in there under the name Blood Lust. there were 2 people in there with [n00b] in there name and one of them is the person that made me come back to this server day after day. that man is none other than [n00b] Coach! That mother F*CKER made me laugh my ass off everyday I came in here. 2months later I figured out how to join n00b and I applied! It was then that I met 3 css players that I could not get enough of. 2 are banned and one is a high ranking admin known as [n00b] Turkey_Testicles, I would wake up and play early in the morning. That was when I would make conversations with Turkey. After school I would come home and play with the other 2, Who in time became total douche bags to the community. Drunk and Intox were there names. We would play every type of server together when n00bfest started to die down near the end of the night. I don't know what I happened to them but they got banned for being douche bags. Next thing I know. 2months later (which seemed like years) One of my favorite n00b members [n00b] Vision told me I was accepted into n00b and I finally got the tag :D after about a week I applied for admin because I was on all night and was getting tired of hackers and queers coming in. This is when me and Turkey were fighting to become admin! He won..but a couple months later when Gman(I actually woreshipped him before I even knew he was a high ranking admin) became HNIC of n00bfest. Somehow I was suddenly an Admin that could ban people...and a council member! I just about shit myself when I got that text from Imagine(He got banned for cheating sometime after that but we were butt buddies for the longest time) I then started to donate and got up to Major..thats when I became evil..I abused my admin,didnt care about who was higher ranked and I fucked up and got demoted not once but twice(I still have admin though! yay me :D) I then decided to create a subclan. My baby! BC :D I then started to play competitively and eventually got ESEA thus creating the walling stat whore fag known today :D I love this place and I hope it lasts forever :D my first..and hopefully one day my last server.

Holy shit...What the hell? The world sure is a small place. I remember you and Mija! Remember Titan? He used to give me a lot of grief. All this time and I didn't have a clue...That was a lot of fun back then :) I used to be in touch with Jimjim, Allan and Jinx, but not anymore.

Yah. Mija was with Titan at the time. He used to tell her that we were cheaters haha. I think she said he used colored skins too :p. If he hated me for owning him I can only imagine how he felt when I took his girlfriend.

History of CS: I got the game after my 14th birthday in 06'. I got it because one of my good buddies at the time played CS a lot and finally convinced to me to buy it. This is also why my name is Emop, it's short for eMOPENGUIN since he was rAZRPENGUIN. Yeah, I know cute right?

We played on this server Webkillers #2 which was a 24/7 office server and definitely the most popular of all 6 of their servers. I eventually became an admin on the server and met some crazy people along the way.

Also about that time I joined a small pub clan called es| I believe. But one of the leaders was completely inactive and the other leader had been a buddy of mine so we decided to make a pub clan of our own and make it centralized out of the webkillers server with the possibility of having our own server eventually. I actually met Lucky back then and he was in that clan which we found out not too long ago and shared a good laugh out that.

I'm pretty sure there were about 50/60+ people in the clan before we ended up disbanding it. I disbanded it because I got the opportunity to play competitively, basically for free. I had met some friends who were cal main in DoDs in a community fairly similar to this one, just less members. And they wanted me and a few others to come play under their tag and they would pay for vent, server, whatever else we needed which sounded like a really good deal at the time. I unfortunately learned that I had walked into the wrong situation, because I basically had to hand over my control of the team to someone from GDNK (The community we were sponsored by) Which was a bad mistake, the team fell apart soon after. Even though it was fun to play DoDs with all of those ridiculous players.

Luckily, I took me and two of the people I had originally brought from the pub clan. We picked up a few strong members and played a lot of counterstrike at a fairly high level. We ended up having Cain from forbidden helping us out. To save you guys all of the melodrama, this original five never even made it into leagues and what not, and due to inactivity and a lot of selfish bickering fell apart.

I then bounced around a few teams, played IM for a while and then played with LegacySports (LOL), and WookieArmor before leaving source for a good 9 months to a year, coming back in about October last year which is when I joined the n00bfest server and found my way here to the forums and haven't looked back yet.

Given his attitude, I'm surprised that she didn't leave him any sooner. Well, it's good to see you again :)

My history:

I started playing Counter-Strike 1.6 around 2003 on a server called Hotel California. After about a year of playing there, the guy who ran the server got into some heavy legal troubles and the server died. I pub hopped a lot for a couple of years until around late 2005 I got Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, and I ran into n00bfest. It was then that I became a n00b and played on the server for many years. Around 2008, life called and I had to quit for various reasons, but I never forgot about the friends I had made on n00bfest. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, I got a new laptop and one of the first things I bought on Steam was Counter-Strike: Source, seeing as I'd never had a computer good enough to run it. I immediately looked up n00bfest, and here I am again!

Jeez, I feel old on this server sometimes.

A couple of my buddies used to play TFC back in 2000-01 so I bought that to play with them. Then in late 01, maybe the beggining of 02 I moved on to CS. I think it was 1.3 still back then. But I always played in my friends server with a group of friends from school. Eventually he shut down his server after a few years. So I joined a server and it had a lot of cool guys from Portland in it. There clan tag was -[ThroweD]-. Might not be the exact tag, but the name is right. Anyways. I got along with them really well, so I stuck with them for a couple years playing under the name |2eAPe|2. Then there were announcements of a new CS, called CS:S. So I pre ordered it. When it finally came out. All the guys I played CZ with moved on to the newer better game, and changed the clan to Sinister(I'm not sure how they made it look.) I tried, but I had a comp worse than luffs, so one day I bought a new game, BF1942. I got hooked on that quick and ended up competing in dog fights on that game in TWL, and made it to #3. But then the game started to die off. I tried to hang onto it as long as possible, but it wasn't any fun being really good, and having no challenges. So I decided to re-install CS:S. By this time my computer was much nicer. So it handled the game. First server I joined was the n00bfest Main. A bunch of n00b's were playing and Coach and Gman had me rolling. I played in the server under a few different names, trying to find one I actually liked using. Eventually I came up with CaniboiD, wich is when decided to apply. The one server I have ever played on in CSS, and I don't plan on playing in any others. If I got banned from this place with no chance of playing here again. I'de move on from CS. There's no place like home!

Now i got hooked on counterstrike hmm what year did halo 1 come out? cause me and my bros used to go over to my neighbors house to play halo all the time but then our neighbor showed me CZ and it got me hooked. i wanna say i started playing in like 06 when my mom bought it for my birthday. had a different account and went by the name Dirty Head Buster and mainly played on like warcraft mods or superhero mode. then after like a year and a half playing CZ my mom's computer that i played on got a virus (probably from either me or my bros watching too much porn on the computer) but it fried her computer. So i went back to playing console games and dominating everyone on there. i do actually still own the counter strike game for the xbox. then around last July i got a laptop as a graduation present from high school and the first thing i thought about was getting steam and buying all the Counter Strikes since i'd never gotten to try source. i met a regular on the n00bfest server on a different server, Resin Cactus or RC x Ninja x or Thadeus Kaye now, and he showed me n00bfest's main. I literally ordered a microphone after the first time joining the server just so i could talk to you guys. I've been having a blast ever since at n00bfest. took me like 3 months to become a member i do believe. May n00bfest live forever! oh and ♥ you all

Prepare for another long tale...

I picked up CS 1.0 retail version in 2000 sometime, after one of my college friends told me about how they play it over LAN in the frats/dorms. I never lived in the dorms or a frat (fags), but I started learning how to play on my brand new cable internet. Holy shit! I couldn't even figure out how to aim at a nigga. My buddy and I would take turns dying a few times each while we drank. Wow the internet just go coooler!!

The next year I got one of my new roommates to play when he installed CS with my same retail CD, and we played the shit out of a map called AWP_City for a while. At the time Valve didn't have a way to keep multiple people from using the same copy of the game (that came later in 2002 I think, when Valve wised up), so we'd yell down the hall at each other and talk lots of shit while we awp'ed the F*CK out of one another and everyone else in the server (ghosting FTW!). Around this time (2002) I also discovered how roommates downloading music and shit can make you lag; mother F*CKERS!!

Late in 2001, I had a gf move in with me for a while. We picked up a fun "toy" from the sex shop, which inspired the name I still use in game today, Purple-Dildo. I thought it'd be funny; people seemed to get a kick out of it, so I never looked back. (While it's possible it may not be true, due to my name's long history I entirely take credit for the presence of a purple dildo as a weapon in GTA as seen in my sig. (thanks Sweat Pea!))

I got a summer intership at an engineering firm in the summer of 2002, and amazingly I found a group of people who played CS on the work LAN during lunch. What a discovery! Needless to say I lived for my lunch breaks during my 2 months there. I wrecked shop, and taught them how to find and add more "custom" maps. The older guys, especially the IT guys, didn't like the young new comer showing them up, so there was some strife shortly before I left. Ah the fun of egos.

Late 2002, I bought my first "gaming" desktop from Dell, and while ordering it I told the guy on the phone I needed extra RAM for internet gaming and got laughed at (asshole!). That rig carried me through the rest of college and to my first job in Phoenix where I lost touch with CS for a while. The move to STEAM freaked me out, plus I was busy with work. I bought CS:CZ after it came out, but didn't play it too often. The whole voice chat thing threw me for a loop too. The more I think about it, I strongly believe I made a few appearances on the n00bfest CZ server, because I remember my corpse being humped and lots of people giving me an abnormally high amount of shit LOL!!

2006 I got out of a extremely draining relationship and checked back in with my 1st love, CS. I found CS:S was out, but my old rig couldn't run it very well. However, Gun Game was new and I fell in love immediately. Within a month or less I bought my own server and started a "clan" called [DVDA] and got into how to customize GG and the server to attract traffic, then I bought an uber gaming rig :). I had gotten my memberships into the 30s or so (small potatoes i know) and then my clan merged with another similar sized clan and we ran 2 servers, 1 forward GG 1 backward GG. The scene started moving towards Death Match Gun Game, and I started getting burnt out. The server still exists, and is a good GGDM server to get your rocks off on when the mood strikes you.

One of the guys who was a regular on my GG servers showed me n00bfest in late 2007. It was (and still is) a tough ass server to play on. People were good, and it showed me how much I sucked after all my years playing. I got obsessed with trying to compete and fell in love with regular CS gameplay once again. A short while after playing on n00bfest, I started getting some random abuse from an admin who goes by the name JoeMamma, so I went under the name "Al Capwn" for a while to avoid abuse (now I see little AFRICAN AMERICANS with that name all the time). Eventually Joe wasn't around, or just stopped abusing me (little did I know he was preparing me for the greatness of n00bfest), and I submitted my membership request as Purple-Dildo in April 2008. I worked my way into an admin, donated lots of $ to help keep the server & community running, and the rest is history.

That's funny, because I stumbled upon the awesomeness of this server about August-September of '09. Thought the current one had been running a lot longer!

Started playing regular half-life, tfc and opposing forces back in 1999 I think? A guy says to me, hey have you played CS? it's like opposing forces but you need to wait till your whole team dies till you respawn and you can't get health regen, and that was it.

Started playing CS I believe it was beta 4.4 (not entirely sure) in 1999. This was back in Lebanon, where the fastest internet we had was 33.6kbps dialup, let alone the routing to US servers and what not. The luckiest I got was 1900 ping (yes...) so we used to play in lan cafes. Lan cafes were freaking EVERYWHERE, $1.33 an hour to play there. It wasn't on the internet but each place had 30-50 computers stuffed in a big ass room. We used to be sitting right next to each other, ghosting our asses off and whatnot. Also, sv_cheats 1 was 24/7 and so was bind v "impulse 101".

In 2002, I was about 15, I started working at one of these lan shops as the only technical guy there, so I was pretty much managing 30 computers and the networking from the ground up. I actually slept there a couple times to get shit in working order before the weekend or school break and the atmosphere was crazy awesome and we had people there almost 24/7. (I later found out that american net-cafes suck major ass and have nothing to do with what I was used to).

In 2005, I moved to Texas and went to school, and also was the first time I played 1.6 in the dorms (we never upgraded past 1.0 in the netcafes... crosshaired awps and bunny hopping galore, we also used to hold bunny hopping championships in italy and stuff. 18 seconds from T base to CT base back to T base was my record).

Finally in about 2007-2008 (not sure) I bought source and played started playing on and off, playing on TRU servers and a server called True Grit. Never really got addicted again till I found the awesomeness that is n00bfest.

That's much faster than what I had in India. I was excited when I heard about CS and wanted to download it...only to realize that on a 28.8K connection it would take me several weeks :( The Lan Cafes were cheaper though, but unfortunately they only had crappy games like Microsoft Midtown Madness.

oh shit, I remember midtown madness, they had them in the lan cafes too.. the 18wheeler cab was awesome to just ram thru stuff :P

they also had worms, RA95, RA2, etc..

October of 1999, my brother had been into HL and TFC and then found the CS mod for HL. I watched him play for a while, and then around the release of beta 5.2, I tried my hand at it. I figured out how to make a custom spray, all of which at the time were monochrome. My name was SUBURBAN_COMMANDO and I used this as my in-game spray (in monochrome orange):



When I first started playing, the only guns that I would use were the Glock and the AK-47, and I got really really good with them, to the point where on the map Starwars (anyone remember it? It was F*CKING HUGE), I could 1-AK someone from pretty much one side of the map to the other. <---tangent

When 2000 rolled around, I and my two siblings (Sugar is my sister, for those who don't know) went to Vietnam for summer vacation, and we brought a computer with CS beta 6 on it, and downloaded beta 6.5 while we were there (Internet was something like 3 cents a minute over there at that time for 33.6k/dial-up and game traffic was blocked so we used PODBots). While in Vietnam, we discovered that there were LAN cafes all throughout the ghettos in our town and several in the city of Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City). The cafes charged roughly 10 cents for about an hour of play time and the two most common games were CS beta 6 and Starcraft. Pretty much everyone at the LAN cafes cheated blatantly (the whole sv_cheats 1 thing like you had CHRiS, along with my only ever personal encounter with Starcraft which was watching someone type "SHOWMETHEMONEY" into the chat interface, which dissuaded me from ever touching the game). Despite the fact that everyone was using the lambert hack, or impulse 101, or zmax (wallhack in the console), my siblings and I played legit and wrecked everyone's shit. So we got to play CS on LAN in the ghettos of Vietnam for 3 months.

Get back to the states, and I pretty much gave up on doing well in school so that I could play CS all the time, but I have always been a pubstar unlike Sugar, who I'll allow to tell her own tale of 1337ness. I will say that at one point we befriended so many diverse individuals that one in particular happened to be this guy called d34dm34t from [myg0t] who had reverse-engineered OGC for TFC and since I hated TFC I'd go on there and rage people with 99-1 kdrs (cheats back then were srs bizness). I was still a kid with no understanding of ethics, and so I thought it was okay to do this on a game I hated.

The problem was that even though the thing wasn't for CS, my sister constantly got banned by her clanserver's anti-cheat and so out of love for my sister, I gave up cheating on TFC, and sort-of like how t0ken hates TKers, I hate it when people cheat now (but I don't get raged, I have managed to understand the motivations and have sometimes talked people out of using them while they were in my presence and jurisdiction). It got boring anyhow.

So, I had been playing on this server for the [8-ball] clan that my sister was in, their leader's name was Bozer and he hated me because I was so randy (everyone knows my kdr sucks but I pull off some amazing shit, mainly because I love to run and gun). I had been using the name XUniBroWX on account of I have one, and then changed it a few times.
There were some people on the server from the west coast who were called -CoD-, aka Clan of drunks, and I was playing under the name at the time, and even made a lot of artwork for the name and the clan.

This was from CS 1.1-1.3 and I joined their clan and Bozer decided that he didn't want us to play on his server because we had our own server and there was this huge east coast/west coast rivalry between the two but I was east coast along with a few other -CoD- members. We would take turns doing scrims vs each other and that is when we started getting competitive some of us. I often would play in [myg0t] servers without hacks with some of my guys just to get better. It kind-of sucked though because their clan leader, [myg0t] g0d, had proprietary hacks that nobody else had and even though I had gotten really good at walling people using footsteps and gunfire, this guy ran around with speedhack, spinbot and automated aimbot, so his score the time I encountered him, was a whopping 450-35 and so I would leave when he was around. Me and one of my friends decided to make a parody clan and came up with the clan tag [myp0t] and my name would be 'g0d' and my friend 's0n of g0d' and another one used the name 'disc0_llama' but we were all legit and still getting called out. We'd go into our -CoD- server under those names and get banned just because we did so good after playing against the actual cheaters that without recognition, the admins would just ban us after getting owned. I was an admin on the -CoD- servers and when we played our only league ever, OGL, we had an A and a B team. I was on the B team, which was mostly the eastcoast guys. The westcoast guys had the fun of playing [W.E.W.] aka Weekend Warriors, which at the time was the best clan in Counter-Strike in leagues/CPL etc and they used OGL for target practice. Eventually -CoD- met its demise and us east coast guys started our own clan, which was [c0ck] and we used colors. My name was [c0ck] Brown.

I played in a few other clans (including oGc., with whom I made TWL-Main undefeated without ever practicing) and was admin of a few servers after this, even trying both the 1.4 and 1.5 steam betas and I had accounts for each, but then I lost touch with the internet and became a born-again christian living with gang members in Tacoma, Washington. Eye opening experience. I still tend to follow many 'Christian' ideals but I no longer constrain myself to religion.

Around 2004, I made it to the east coast again, living in Boston and started playing Source when it was in beta. It kind-of sucked as a beta because my computer couldn't handle it but 1.6 was pretty happenin' and I joined my sister's clan

as their mascot. I used the name "Masc0t" and eventually played as a ringer for my sister in one of the pre-season matches when we first made it to CAL-Main (It was one of two matches I played because I have the spirit of a pubstar and have only in the last year or two been able to follow or call strats effectively). Intense-Gamers was great, I was the pub mascot for the league team who also pubbed and almost everyone in the clan was local. One of our players, Che$t3r, eventually moved on to CAL-Invite DoD:S and I don't know what he's doing now but he was my favorite guy to play with and he even flew up from Texas to LAN at our apartment.

i^Gamers fell apart and I had been pubbing in the

servers and eventually became a member there from 2006-2008 and started using Kwang! as my in-game name, then when the owners of the sponsoring company decided to drop the gaming division because they were unable to babysit us due to the growing demands of their business, I went on to play in

which was pretty good, but it wasn't no LANFusion. That server was #1 on the various CS server voting polls for a long time though. I was also trying to help some of my LANFusion buddies run a better, more professional pub called

but my duties to the clan I had joined kept me from giving it my full attention and it died out with all of those guys joining Overclocked LAN with me.



When that server died, I started playing on Noob Galore and #sourceinvite and ESEA for a while and doing a lot of league play and scrimming. My team would play a lot of CAL-I and CEVO-P teams and roll them. I remember playing Devastation on cpl_mill and USP acing them on pistol round half-blind in SA2, and doing it again with a deagle, and again with a friggin' TMP. I had a tendency to ace these teams at least once, and then suck for the rest of the scrim, it was quite hilarious.

I quit playing for about 6 months or so, becoming homeless a few times but started up again because I had access to really fast internet on decent computers at the university I was attending. Soon, I noticed my sister had gotten online again and I started playing with her in n00bfest. Eventually I got the vent info and started SCARMIN' even though I wasn't an rct but nobody noticed until I applied to be a [n00b] like 2 months after the fact. It was awesomesauce. Anyway, I've been playing here ever since and I thoroughly enjoy it. So far my most significant contribution to the n00bfest community has been this:

Started playing CS when it was a mod for HL. Played casually along with Quake 3 Arena, Unreal Tournament, and Starsiege Tribes. 1.5 came out. Joined some clan for a bit. Was fun but I was young and didn't have the attention span for that shit.

Source came out use to play on a server owned by a clan named shadow scoutz and joined the clan after being a regular for a while. Got good in with them and became friends with the guy who owned the shit. He booted out the guy he started it with cause he was a F*CKING prick. I took his place. So me and him along with a couple others including a good friend of mine in REAL LIFE (plays on the n00bfest server sometimes, as Orion) started a community. Increased the player slots on our main which had many many regulars, bought 2 other servers eventually, got a website, a ventrilo server, and started a cal team. We eventually changed the clan name to team clownage [CLWN], and it lasted for a good while.

The guy I owned the community with joined myg0t (without me knowing obviously) at some point and random assholes joined the clan that alex (other owner) approved. Well they turned out to be myg0t to, Alex was caught hacking during one of our cal matches and those guys hijacked some steam accounts of other members including orion's. So I locked him out of everything kicked them all the F*CK out and that was the start of the community crumbling. Me and orion tried keeping it alive but it all died eventually. All of our clan members got lives and got pissed off by what happened and me and orion couldnt afford the servers on our own with having lives and things to pay for so that was that.

Eventually stumbled upon a server owned by [AS] adult-swim clan. Became a regular, joined got admin, some clan members were dicks, I left.

Finally stumbled upon the great n00bfest community about 2 years ago? Maybe more. Anyhoo one of the nights I was on g-man was on and some dick head was on, I said some shit, g-man lol'd, told me to join...and well...here I am still here (not counting me disappearing for a bit).

Been other bits and pieces. Breaks I've taken, one being a full year of not even touching cs. Mostly busy being homeless and having a great life (sarcasm).

Well started my PC gaming career in 2001 playing a game called Anno 1602. Played that till the end of 2004 (when i finally beat the entire game), also when my dad got put in prison for 5 years then deported for the 10. Surfed the internet from 2005 to 2007. Here is where the tale begins... My sister becoming a RL friend whore in freshmen year of high school met a dude who played CS. She henced told me about this and bought it for me the day after my birthday on October 10th 2007. 1st server i went into was n00bfest to the lovely voice of Coach and Astro talking shit to each other. I played between the main and a different pub for a while until I said F*CK it and left gaming for a few months. After getting dumped by a girl who was dared to date me (happened to me twice) lul... I said F*CK it and went back to my computer. Played on a gungame server for a few months until some people on the server split off and made a clan. I was like wtf is this whats |PG| ?!?! and after seeing some of the pro gg'ers i went and applied. After a few months i got Admin and became one of the main people that held the clan together. The highlights were me becoming a Global admin of all the shit involved in the clan. Internal scrimmages with prizes and having admin on the vent channels along with the pay pal accounts to the server and website goodies. It grew to about 60 active members until it slowly died out from trivial fighting from an upstart and the owner of the Clan. Got tired of fixing disputes and one day on the forums made a post saying good bye and left. From 2008 to december 30th of 09 I played all the mods of Cs-Bhop,Surf,DM,ZM,ZE,GG,Deathrun, and a few others that never gained popularity, along with map making. Had played on n00bfest on and off since my inception to CS until Mossy coaxed me into applying. Got accepted into n00bfest-someone find my acceptance plox... Joined BC and now rank in 3rd for leadership I think... Anywhos from my application till about June of 2010 i played nearly nonstop on the main. from about September till now I've been playing LoL with some n00b fags and get on the server ocassionaly.

BIG THANKS TO COACH or i probably never would have given Counter Strike another thought after my time playing.

I've seen alot of changes go through Counter Strike and n00bfest since i've been around. All i can say is those without an excuse for being active should have their membership removed.

P.S. we need to have another Vent meeting with everyone last time with like 58 people on was sick. Just wanna keep typing but i gotta get my head shaved.

I played TFC when it was created for half life back in 98/99. I played in a TFC server that was located in Miami with a group of guys that started their own business and ran the server out of the warehouse. They called themselves hivenetwork. Come to find out later on that I played TFC with the founders of alienware. I was banned from that TFC server so many times. I am proud to say that I called the founders of alienware every name in the book. After TFC got boring I downloaded Counter Strike when it was in its infancy. It was beta 4 and it was so much fun. Everyone was playing cs_mansion, you never had to buy a gun because the guns stayed on the ground the entire map. I jumped from server to server but played mostly on a server in LSU called The Deep South and when that server was down I played in a set of Houston servers where I played with a clan called [CK3] which had ksharp and suicide in it almost 24/7. The Deep South was actually located in the LSU computer room and was ran at the time by the network administrator. After a few years of playing in that server it was shut down because more people were connecting to the CS server than the LSU web page which made them angry. If I do remember correctly The Deep South is where I first met Corpsehumper and the original founders of [WhtTrsh]. This was the first server and surprisingly not the last to give me admin. This was back in the day before admin mod. The only way to abuse people was to kick/ban but The Deep South was ran by a group of hilarious college kids who created a clan called [PaK] which stood for Players against Klans. They got their thrills by annoying people with clan tags and calling them every name in the book as well as thoroughly enjoying taking a 16 person server(which was a massive server back in the betas) and emptying it out of only 4 people by changing gravity to -1000 and then to 1000000 and watching everyone die round after round. I got my admin taken away multiple times for doing it for hours. After The Deep South we moved to Southern Alabama server and raided OfficerDoofy's life with chaos. There was many times all the locals on the Southern Alabama server would head over to LAN parties in Pensacola Florida and wreak havoc. There was once a LAN party that was hosted in the Korean Community Club in Pensacola Florida. It was the shittiest LAN ever because the entire row that the Southern Alabama folks had wouldn't even connect to the internet and the gooky mcjap mother F*CKER couldn't get it working. Ninjas can kill anyone they want! Ninjas cut off heads ALL the time and don't even think twice about it. These guys are so crazy and awesome that they flip out ALL the time. I heard that there was this ninja who was eating at a diner. And when some dude dropped a spoon the ninja killed the whole town. My friend Mark said that he saw a ninja totally uppercut some kid just because the kid opened a window.

If you don't believe that ninjas have REAL Ultimate Power you better get a life right now or they will chop your head off!!! It's an easy choice, if you ask me.

Ninjas are sooooooooooo sweet that I want to crap my pants. I can't believe it sometimes, but I feel it inside my heart. These guys are totally awesome and that's a fact. Ninjas are fast, smooth, cool, strong, powerful, and sweet. I can't wait to start yoga next year. I love ninjas with all of my body (including my pee pee).
