Forza, i also live in hawaii and i do NOT have the lagwarp problem that you do. i am 80% sure you have the same carrier as i do so i know you are running about the same speeds i was. (i upgraded since starting the radio)

Its rates man. you should still be running smooth at 150ms, check out the CS forums here and try some rate/interp adjustments.
