What the F*CK...She is responsible for her pet's actions. If she c is not capable of controlling it, she needs to be punished. I'm pretty sure that all it will take is a complaint from you. She needs to pay dearly, because this should never ever happen to someone else's pet. Hopefully your dog will be fine. Please file a complaint against her.

Only problem I could see with sueing her is if it's an off leash dog park(wich it probably was.) The one right next to the skatepark I go to has weird rules. Like "You let your pet off it's leash at your own risk." and "You are responsible for your pet."

I'm pretty sure you would win because of the second rule if the rules are the same there. But she could try to put up a fight with the first one.

I know you live down the street from me purple, so which dog park did you go to? There is one close to my house at cave creek and grovers. I have never seen a lab/lab mix attack any other dogs while I was there.

I live over by surprise, which is like 30-40 min from cave creek. Been going to that dog park off and on for years and I've never seen this lady or dog.
