Re: Hey JOE!! :) all spec ops are pretty amazing. SAS, CAG (delta), DEVGRU, SPETSNAZ... are all tier 1 groups, and all on the same level really. Cant really compare them, but they all get the job done. There is also non-military tier 1s like the CIA's SAD.
