I heard something about the cold war as well lol didn't know whether it was moreso or not... I know treyarche recruited a SOG operative and a cold war black ops guy from the Soviet union (or atleast that's the rumor) to help with story and gameplay.

Im getting more and more excited for black ops and Moh haha. was watching some old Vietnam SF videos and what not last night I have and it got me more into it. SoG is one BADASS intelligence group. Look up Project phoenix If you ever get a chance.

Wouldnt doubt that. MoH is using an active green beret (see below lol). It seems like its not following the cold war but more SOG. Though we wont know until release I guess. The Developers are still very hush hush about the whole thing. Since Gamescon started in germany they let Kotaku talk about 1 level they did and that was it. I dont think it was the full level. It was vietnam and the tunnels and shit.

yea I was wrong they're not usuing this guy as a consultant they used him as a "model" for their cover lol. I forgot about that. BUT they still had tier 1 SF consultants to help with the game.
