The Mondern Warfare singleplayers have to be some of the most gripping stories out there. Atleast good enough to draw my attention until I beat the game.

It wasnt made by the ppl who made modern warfare, it was made by the ppl who did cod world at war. and world at war sucked major dick. so i dont think this one will be as good as mw2. but who knows

You get to play in Vietnam, Cuba, and I think the North Pole...

Im with wee on this.. CoD world at war was good, to a piont, the story line was actually interesting and true at most points so that's about all that attracted me to it. This one looks half good, but halfly looks ilke its giong to suck major balls. Im looking forward to the verdict in the IW vs Activision lawsuit cause if IW (now respawn ent.) wins MW3 will probably be made by them as a first game

apparently the game is going to be based around a black ops solider and his missions over the course of a few decades. it will begin in the Vietnam war and work its way into modern day conflicts...

I almost can't wait till we see what bungee is making. It should be sweet. But as always I will buy it and play the single player and it will kick ass. But multi player um maybe not so much.

I've only played the multiplayer in cod games since cod4. I haven't even touched the single player. If this game doesn't have multiplayer/good multiplayer, i'm not buying.

Hell no. So many F*CKING problems with all of treyarchs games. More bugs that break the game, than how Valve is attempting to 'fix' CSS

I liked WaW but i wouldnt say it was better,but it was probably much better balanced.But Treyarch did flesh out the CoD4 MW 1 engine much better than Infinity did and i think they will do the same with MW2 engine.That said if they can balance the gameplay again it will be much better than MW2.Right now MW2 is just a big F*CKING mess,and Infinity ward does not give a shit.

I'm sticking with World at War, Black Ops looks to similar to Modern Warfare

lol 3 month old threads... what I know about black ops is making me want to play it. Treyarche isn't infinity ward (RIP to that mother F*CKING company) but the gameplay sounds solid and hte multiplayer looks sick, Lol at little AC cars with bombs :D

for those on teh fence, the single player is you as a studies and observations group member during Vietnam and plays it way up from there, their main chars tattoo is sick on his forearm. This could be a good game till Infinity v Activision fixes itself.

Meh nothing bears the World at War story mode, no matter how epic MW2's was. It was accurate and really just got you into the game. Plus, WaW multiplayer mode isn't for NOOBS like MW2, and doesn't have cheap ass perks. In World at War you actually have to hold down the special function button to keep your sights up. :P

Exactly and there isnt an arrow saying GO HERE THE OBJECTIVE IS THIS WAY RETARD. Its your squad leader telling you what to do the whole time making it more "realistic". They want it to be like playing a movie. They even added a bullet effect much like Sniper Elite and Sniper: ghost warrior ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jTQC9VziNC8 ) Which If you haven't played Sniper elite I must inform you to stop being bad and download the hardest F*CKING game disguised as a visual piece of shit.

I honestly cant wait for this and ill be getting it along with MoH (which im hard for....). Mw can suck it personally. Cool yea the storys were good but I didnt enjoy them. MoH > CoD imo and this is after playing ALL of them from both series.
