Also, see bans.n00bfest.com to find out why you were banned, what admin banned you, and how long the ban is for. If the ban is for less than 48 hours, don't bother posting an unban request.

3. Time/date of the ban: Night time on 8/9
4. Server where ban occurred: 72.249.124.50:27015
5. Who banned you? : I dont know
6. What were you banned for? : Thought I was cheating
7. Comments: I dont cheat, have never cheated, dont even know what it looks like to cheat. I've been playing competitive LANs for 3 years and played in CAL-I and CEVO-M in the past. You guys have players better than me in n00b. I was just on a lucky streak of headshots on a custom map that isn't on your rotation. I also signed up to be a part of your n00b squad.
