I suggest for further incidents to get a moderator on your steam friends and let them know ASAP.
Also may want read some docs on recording demos because it'll make any type of process well..fast quicker and cemented.
but on the other had good reporting soldier.

I couldn't take a demo because he did all the killing and then left before he could be punished.

This guy is also known as Daddy Deisel who team attacks and blocks every round and knifes and other shit. Nobody seems to want to ban this guy so idk...
