the HTC Evo is a sweet phone. one of my friends has it. the plan is a great price, but they charge you an extra $10 for 4g, even if there is no 4g in your area. however, the plan is still cheaper than verizon. i have the original motorola droid. love it. they only thing is it doesn't have that much RAM, and if you don't manage all the apps that are running it slows it down a lot. Verizon's coverage is 2nd to none, but it maybe that isn't an issue where you live. my plan costs me like $110 a month with tax and all that shit; Sprint will cost you like $90 or so i think. if i knew sprint had good coverage on my side of town i would probably switch to save a little cash, but Verizon has been really good to me for the last 5 years. so basically it comes down to the network coverage in your area and how much you want/can afford to pay.

i pay $130 a month for 2 lines both are evo's with unlimited data,text all that jazz and 1500 anytime minutes unlimited mobile to any mobile and unlimited night and weekends

Unless I hear anything different or if something better pops up, I'm getting the Evo on the 13th with the 450 minute unlimited everything plan for $70. Since the only time I'll be using minutes is to a land-line phone because the plan has free night and weekends and free mobile to mobile I might not even use half of the 450.

I'm on that plan and am completely surprised when I break 30 mins of actual time charged to my 450 mins. It's hands down the best value in the mobile market aside from prepay/pay as you go.

Yep im on this same plan as well. I dont even think i use the 1500 anytime minutes a month in a year.
