So they revive him from Leos limbo right when the kick chain happens. Or at least that's how I saw it. Could just be a hole in the plot. That is correct.

I've got to watch it again, since that part messed me up.

 Re: THE INCEPTION THREAD
Regarding the much-debated ending:
SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT.SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT.SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT.SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT.SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT. SPOILER ALERT.
My cousin was reading digg-users comments, and someone came up with this point:
At the end, he must be dreaming and here's why. He's been away from his kids for years (he does say how long, i just forget. it was years, though) having fled the country, wanted for murdering his wife. When he finally gets to be reunited with his children, they look not a day older, wearing the same outfits even, playing in the yard, in exactly way he remembers them. It reminds me of that part in A Beautiful Mind, when John realizes he's having hallucinations because his roommate's daughter never gets any older. So, in conclusion, Dom must be dreaming at the end.

That was the conclusion I came to at first too yeti, but what if the events had happened weeks before "we joined the story"? What if he & his wife came out of 40 some odd years of limbo after 2 or 3 days worth of actual, real-time sleep time? And then she kills herself 2 or 3 days after that?
I think the time distortion angle has to be looked at a little more, but then again I've only seen it once and I was relatively confused.

 Re: THE INCEPTION THREAD
anyone one remember how the time exponentially increased? trying to figure out how much time they could possibly have if they had used the full 10 hours of the flight. and jumped to the third layer right away without lollygagging.

 Re: THE INCEPTION THREAD
The only thing that confuses me is how you leave limbo. Adriane and the young business guy both kill themselves to get out of limbo and wake up only 1 level higher in the dream (russian snow fortress thing) and then they ride the kicks back into real life.
But when Cobb and Mol are in a dream within a dream and go into limbo, when they kill themselves they go straight back into the real world without moving up one level. UNLESS Mol was right the whole time and that when they committed suicide they only moved up one level and that they were still dreaming.

 Re: THE INCEPTION THREAD
I went with huge expectations, and returned unimpressed. It was a good, entertaining movie. I just didn't see the "omg" factor :( There are simply too many plot holes and logical inconsistencies if you start thinking really deep about it, but that doesn't take away from the movie. I just wanted to be shocked and awed.

 Re: THE INCEPTION THREAD

I would have enjoyed it so much more if I hadn't watched eXistenZ some years ago, but I did enjoy.

Just saw it last night, not as mindblowing as I thought, but still a good movie.

 Re: THE INCEPTION THREAD
I went and saw it last night. It is the best dream fantasy movie I have seen. Generally it is hard to F*CKING know when people are dreaming or awake but this movie did great job of it. All around good flick.
