One time, I got bored with playing CS, so I decided to try something outrageous in an effort to inject more fun in the game. This was a 24/7 dust server, and I was playing as a CT. Obviously, being a T means that the colt is the most desired gun (IMO) to pick-up from dead CTs. So as a CT, I purchased a colt but with only 1 clip worth of ammunition.

Next, I shoot-off about 25 rounds into the air, leaving me with roughly 4-5 rounds remaining in the weapon. So I went around, trying to get myself killed in areas where there are close-up firefights between the 2 sides. When I see a T up close, i would purposely shoot them in the foot or miss altogether so that the T may get their free kill at the expense of me. So resting along with my corpse is a shiny and valuable colt with NO ammo.

From here, 3 scenarioes are possible: #1 They ignore the gun. (which really sucks because essentially i died for nothing #2 They pick up the colt, then throw it away, realizing there were no ammo. (1st couple times it was funny because I wasted some of their time and distract them alittle) and finally #3...the best and the funniest scenario that could happen: what happens is they'll pick up the colt blindly without realizing that the gun has NO ammo, and then look for close-up firefights with CTs at very short distances!!!

What happens then? You guessed it! They start shooting, but all that comes out is the dreaded "click" "click" sound of a gun with no bullets. Next thing the player knew, they are killed in a gun battle that they had almost 0% chance of surviving. The 1st time I manage to pull one of these off, I laughed so hard, I almost fell off my chair and killed myself. :twisted: :lol: Unfortunately, I was only able to pull this off 2 times out of maybe 55 times. Needless to say, those players that fell for this felt like dumbasses, and I heartily let them know it! :lol:

ive did that before too... but it was 1.5 and i never bought ammo cause i sucked and never lived through 1 round of ammo
