I was on CT and got slayed for team killing the T in photo!(well looks like a T) Can someone tell me if this glitch is only on noob server or what? Maybe new with the update?..idk, yea iv seen it a couple times now and was wondering if anyone else has seen it?

It's a part of the phantom player bug. This is what happens when things get rushed out of beta far too soon.

Ya, I have had the same problem killed two people who had the bug. Don't feel bad Diesel it is going to happen again and again till it's fixed.

One other thing I have noticed about this bug, not everyone will see it! The other day we noticed some people could see a CT as a T but some of us saw him as a CT. This bug is really going to F*CK things up for a bit.

I played for a couple hours yesterday and didn't have a problem. I randomly hit my "record asdf; stop" bind a bunch of times (not in a row, but sporadically) -- not sure if that made a difference.

It sure did. For example, whenever I encounter those bugs I do it (also tried manually recording and stopping) and it's instantly fixed.

I'm just going to shoot everyone i see after the first 10 seconds of a round haha. That will show that bug!

i'm on the hlds server admin discussion list thing (lol), and VALVe seems to have a habit of rushing updates without properly testing or testing at all.

No, it didn't help Tucker, it only happens when you alt-tab or lag heavily like more than a quarter second or longer(very noticeable and usually if you have any dead bodies around you they usually pop back up in the air then fall down.)
