The more I hear about that bitch the more I wonder if she is a product of the times we live in now. I hear more and more of this type of bull shit going on. I hope it's not a generatioal thing.

It's about time something is done about these utterly mornoic and insane child support laws which are incredibly stacked against guys in general. This is why I feel more and more than marriage is a very high risk gamble, unless you absolutely know that your partner is trustworthy and a decent human being.

I support a general child support law system, however the current rules in place do favor the woman.
I guess this is due to the idea that because women give birth, that they have more of a claim on the child, which I find to be totally ludicrous. If the court decides that the mother is fit to take care of the child and not the father....then why is the father sending the mother all his money when she is suppose to be taking care of the child? Obviously if the mom don't make enough money then how could she be fit to take care of the child? If money is all it takes to support the kid, then why not dish out less taxes on the single parent, instead of punishing the other parent by finanically raping them. What father can put his son or daughter's best interest at heart, when he has no money to take care of himself?

If you have the opportunity to provide for the kid that you have and want him in your life you should sue for custody, cause i'm sorry to say but your ex doesn't really sound like she is fit to carry out that responsibility.
