My new "Job"

 My new "Job"Well, Ive been working this shitty job at a burger joint round me for a while now, turns out they have a position for a third shift cleaning dude, Long story short I start tonight. Theres only about 1 hour of real work involved in this position and since im locked in and alarms police / cataclysm would happen if I tried to get out Ill be shacking up until the morning with little to do.
I bought an Ipod today charged it up with a few movies And ive got my celly to browse the interwebs lurk the forums and chat up sexy things on the facebook. Anyway what would you guys suggest I do with my time locked in! A laptop and css will surely be in my future. _________________  Dope Paint Skilz Brah |

Re: My new "Job" ok short little update, im beat like a black man in the south, I really I got there at 11 and didnt stop working untill 9:00 this morning, straight hard work. I was completely lied to about the speed at which you could complete this job. I told people today what had been told to me and they laughed about me being able to think I could do it in a couple of hours. It goes without saying Im pretty mad about this....DONT eat the mayo.....

I have to say I was a bit surprised at your original post as I had a job just after high school doing the same thing for a burger joint back in the day. It was alot of nonstop hard work and about the only bonus factor was that I could get fairly plastered while I did it as long as the work got done. The place I worked was called Nation's and it was in the SF Bay Area...there was not alot of time to screw around, but I did have my buddies come by every now and then and take a break for some drink/smoke. Other than that it was pretty much work until dawn. |

Re: My new "Job" See that is why I love my job at wally world. You unload trucks for the first 4 hours. Go to lunch then for the next four hours you F*CK around with the hot manager/employees. If only it paid more I would have it made. O plus I get off at one am so I still have enough time to hit the bars before last call.

Re: My new "Job" yeah, basically my job was to wash down the mats, scrub them and shopvac it up, roll them up (theres about 15 mats that are between 6-30 ft long) then wash down all the tile floors and shopvac it up, clean all the bathrooms, pull out all the fryers / grills in the kitchen wash down the floors scrub up the grease then vacuum it up. same with the dishroom / prep area, in the storage in the back same thing, then in the walkin freezers clean the floor and move all the stock wipe down the shelfs and thats it. It took me about 6 hours to get it done.
