Chazbo, n00bfest prides itself as being an open server. You're free to say just about anything you want with a few small exceptions.
1. No excessive mic usage while dead.
2. No harassing women and children
3. No personal attacks on people you don't know.

If you want a nice clean server with no swearing or racism, go to some of those Christan servers that are out there. The admins are here to make sure n00bfest is enjoyable for everyone. Since the 99% of the community doesn't mind swearing or non-malicious racisim, we aren't going to stop it. However, when you start calling out people and trying to take things into your own hands, we have a problem with that. If you can't handle a few strong words, god help you when you leave the shelter of your parent's house.

As for the filtering, it's done so viewing these forums at work doesn't get you FIRED because there is "racist" speech in them. Many of n00bfest members have jobs where we have access to the internet.

I think you need to get out into the world, and get used to racism. It's everywhere. Get used to it and realize you can't change peoples vocabulary nor can you let it affect you. If you can't beat them join them, and if you don't want to join them you might want to consider ignoring it instead of wasting your time critisizing them. It's not gonna do anything.
