 Re: PC Specs go here
Although i dont currently own a desktop (using a cheap laptop for now) i do know what to look for. Im going to try and build you a descent machine for an affordable price. Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6813130272 (has core I3,I5 and I7 support plus 2xpcie2.0 and up to 16gb ddr3 ram) $179.99 Processor: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6819115215 (intel core I5 ,8MB L3 Cache,Quad core,95W, 2.66GHZ) $199.99 Ram: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6820220411 (DDR3 1333MHZ, 4GB, Dual Channel, Highly Overclockable) $119 Graphics card(s): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6814103086 /Diamond Radeon Hd 5770 (DirectX 11.0, Crossfire capable 1GB GDDR5) I recommend getting 2 of these for optimum performance. $164.99 Each. 2x $329.98 TOTAL w/o Tax/shipping- $829.95 I know its not a monster but it will run all games at the highest at a high resolution. also i did not include a case power supply hard drive or other things you probably can use from the current pc. Besides those are based more on opinion anyway

Besides those are based more on opinion anyway Agreed with everything EXCEPT the video card. Go with a better brand name than Diamond. This isn't like Lucky Charms vs store brand, there is actually a reason to go with a good name. The warranty on brands like EVGA are lifetime. I've had my 8800 since it came out and it recently died and got a new one free because of the lifetime warranty. If you get a good enough card with a lifetime warranty you could actually make some use out of it and use it for years without having to upgrade as long as you get a great card.

Well essentially you could use any brand of the 5770 for almost equal performance. Some just have better warranties and extras for a higher price. I chose the 5770 because it was affordable but also has a very good performance for the price.
