This isn't like Lucky Charms vs store brand, there is actually a reason to go with a good name. The warranty on brands like EVGA are lifetime. I've had my 8800 since it came out and it recently died and got a new one free because of the lifetime warranty. If you get a good enough card with a lifetime warranty you could actually make some use out of it and use it for years without having to upgrade as long as you get a great card. _________________  icemaN: i was droppin wards like they were turds |

Well essentially you could use any brand of the 5770 for almost equal performance. Some just have better warranties and extras for a higher price.
