Forget the whole issue of "possible" racial profiling and this bill has no problems at all. Though instead of spending our money to deport these people they should be put in camps and forced to do the shittiest jobs possible. I don't mean like slave labor by not paying them. But let them earn minimum wage and take out the cost of keeping them here(food, lodging, clothing). Only AFTER they have earned enough money above and beyond those basics to pay for their own way back do we deport them. And then we shouldn't drop them off just the other side of the boarder, we should drop them off at the southern tip of mexico. It'll take them a F*CK load longer to make their way back here to do it again. The punishment should be suitable deterrent to prevent people from wanting to commit the crime.

Hey, at least I didn't say to take them out back of the courthouse and shoot them. That would be a waste of bullets. Maybe hanging would work, you can always reuse a rope.

You hit the nail dead on! I'll explain this in my own weird little story type of way. If I had a jumping bean living in a house behind me(wich I don't they live 2 doors down.) And lets say they decided to invite all there family and friends to just up and jump my fence and set up camp. Use my hose for water, my outlets for some light they wanted to use. My BBQ to cook there food, and anything else they needed, i'de get pretty god damn tired of it after a while as well. Lets say the cops decided to just let it be no matter how many times I called it in. After not to long i'de take the law into my own hands. Possible chop off there feet and the mandatory fingers it takes to jump a fence, carterize that shit then toss em back to where they belong. If they wanted to set up camp on my property, i'de want all there information, rent, propane refilled in my BBQ etc. You aren't gonna lie on my property without putting in on this man! Same goes for Arizona. There tired of the beans jumping there backyard fence and setting up camp. So i'll give em 2 thumbs up AND a high five for tellin the feds that if they don't step in quick there choppin feet!

I also agree with Greenman! Make em work off there deportation fees. But how would you detain them without spending money ? If you don't there takin off and you'll be back at square one.
