actually, with any STEAM game i can right click and select delete local content. that isn't an option with CSP. so i guess i'll just delete the files. and i'll double check that i wasn't an idiot.

You should uninstall and not delete local content if you do get rid of games, STEAM is a turd and likes to keep shit that is hidden when you do that.

yeah, i noticed that when i used steam to delete CSS the other night, but CSP doesn't show up as a program in windows either. so i think i'm going to totally uninstall CSS and delete the CSP stuff and try again. it's weird, cause i only get this "video lag" with CSS and not l4d2 or mw2 or anything else, and CSS isn't as gfx intensive as those other games, so i have no idea what's going on. just started happening out of nowhere.
