YES! I have fond memories of awp_map from back in 1.5. I also support the addition of aim_ and fy_ maps as many people, including myself, have fond memories of them. I'll be posting map suggestions in the future.

This map is pure fun. It's like the advanced version of 1.5/6 's he-glass. Trying to trap teammates into falling into pits is as fun as nading enemies to death. It'll be refreshing to play once in a while.

Instead of a link, If i make a map, can i just zip the .bsp/.nav(although why would you need the nav? we don't use bots) and just add it as an attachment?(as I did in the mapping thread)

You have to have people playing in the elite or there's no sense in adding maps.

The Elite is my favorite server of the three. I'm always inviting people to play on it but nobody ever comes in besides Loke, Dirk and sometimes you. Maybe the new maps will draw some people.

That's sorta the idea behind the whole thing. Hopefully the folks who do play there on a regular basis will be more inclined to play there on an even more regular basis because there are some funky maps on that bizzy.

Since I know we can host more servers, and per other threads/posts you have said "an empty server doesn't hurt", Can we take these maps and possibly revive the funmaps server? Filled with all different kinds of maps (fy, aim, he, ka, etc...)

I'd rather not add servers if we can avoid it. We may repurpose the gungame server, though. Not 100% sure yet.

Aye shottyfest with 0 gravity was the shit during the summer of 08.

0 gravity would be almost impossible to play in. I think the grav was 250.

Shotty maps would be an awesome idea. I know a few of us who love using shotties (Dirtbag, Rage and myself that I can recall right now) would get massive freakin' boners over this....

ya i miss the shottyfest server, but if not can we change the gungame to like a minigames server those things are always really popular and fun if you've played like mg_bob2 it's F*CKING addictive!
