 $1000 poker tourney in Dallas areaWell fellow n00bs in the dallas area, I've been given some information about a poker tourney happening in Dallas on the 30th. It's free admission with a winner take all prize of $1000.
Now the interesting part. You get bouns chips if you 1. Pre-register 2. Show up early. 3. Show up with a flyer from another tournament the people run 4. Refer friends If you're interested, please send me a PM with your real name, and I'll send you the link to the tourney info. There's also a winner take all poker tourney for $500 every week too, http://www.silvercityclub.com/ I ALMOST won my first time there. Placed third out of 90+. There's no cover charge, and no entry fees and naked chicks running around the club. |

Re: $1000 poker tourney in Dallas area Sounds great. I just went to Atlantic City and had a blast playing blackjack and roulette. I started with $200, won close to $500, and then ended up losing $150. I was never much of a fan of poker though.
