Hay,
I just got CS for my friend who owns a mac...and I have no idea which program I should install on his computer to run it with.
Any opinions on which is the best?
Thanks

It's actually possible to completely wipe the HDD and install Windows. It's what I did.
Of course the RAM is now dead in it, but yeah.
Also, if you'd rather take the easy road, get the program called Crossover Games. It's a Windows emulator for Mac. I was using that for a few months and it runs CS:S just fine.

Macs rule
unless you enjoy having access to fix, customize, or maintain your computer.

Re: Running cs on a mac laptop
i built my computer almost a year ago, and i havnt had to fix, customize or maintain a damn thing except for when i put windows 7 on it. and now it runs so damn well i doubt ill ever have to do a thing to it untill i buy a new one. macs suck a fatty. you pay $1800 for their cheapest laptop and what do you get? a 14 inch shit box. but hey, i will give you that it looks fantastic on a coffee shop table.

I'll consider a mac when they drop the "let's overprice the piss and shit out of our products to give them an 'elite' and trendy feel" bullshit.

Any PC problems you have are related to the lack of maintenance. 2. People do exist who either cannot or do not want to do any of those three things. They are so retarded that they need a computer that only does one thing: Is A Computer. Macs are great for them.

Re: Running cs on a mac laptop
Well, if your friend is actually that much of a retard, double clicking might not be something he can handle.
