So when did it become custom to take money away from entire teams to balance teams. I can understand being upset at keep losing and what not. In my opinion giving money to your team and no clip to a player and asking ppl to switch are all acceptable. But when you go through at the start of a round and take all the money away from a team that shit gets old and annoying. I have seen it happen twice before and may have moaned but it doesnt just annoy it cause ppl to leave the server. Now I didnt stick around this last time i just left, but I have seen it happen twice before where the server went from 20 plus players to 12. Even worst is the admin who does this i have never seen do it when his team is winning. So my only question is should there be some limitations to doing this or does that seem perfectly ok?
Virgil, I understand you're upset, but there's a couple things you must keep in mind man, it's not an act of hate against a team. It's just easier to get the message across this way (by taking money from the winning team) so the admins may actually enjoy playing as everyone else does.
Also, you're right! Sometimes people like myself, Gman, or other good players who are admins forget to change to the other team, but honestly, we are just human like you, so we may forget to jump over to the other team with other adminning that we're probably doing at the time. There are seldom times when I'm actually playing CSS, and CSS alone without doing something at the same time regarding n00bfest, etc. A friendly reminder from those other players is a great idea to keep in mind. You don't have to be rude, but ask an admin if they wouldn't mind switching to the other team, and remind them of the score/unbalance. I'm sure they won't mind. Another thing is that for some admins who are particularly good at CSS, it wouldn't matter which team we went on, the teams will be unbalanced either way.
Also, I don't think you're bitching at all, had this been in a different forum, I'd agree you were, but it's in an open forum and that's what open forums are all about to begin with. We wouldn't have one if people didn't feel there were/saw issues.
