So I went to the website and checked out their prices. To insure a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 and a 2005 Dodge Durango, it'd cost us $1,058 for 6 months. Currently, I pay $690 for 6 months through Geico. I even put in the exact same coverages that I had with Geico. Allstate is full of shitty dicks! If you use Geico, go check Allstate and see if you get this $400+ in savings! I bet you get hosed too. Grrrrr.

Damn that's high. I've never quoted Allstate. I've always had Progressive which is reasonable, but now i have USAA (military insurance co.) which is the best EVAR.

Allstate is my provider and gave me better rates than Geico when combined with homeowners insurance. It varies from an individual's location, age, driving record, etc.

i have american family insurance for my home, so when i added my new altima last year i thought i was getting a good deal. turns out i could get better coverage (almost the best coverage possible) with geico for HALF the price. so that's who i use.
