Damn that F*CKING sucks. Did you take the blood chemical test or did they not give you that? Just for buds or? That DUI is gonna be a pain in the ass in court, with DMV fines and court fines.

I got a DWAI in October and can't drive until this October coming up. Didn't take the blood test cuz i was fucked up and I guess it was an auto 1 year revocation of license and I still owe like $1,200 in fines, after already paying like $600.

I don't know your financial situation, but if you have the means, lawyer the F*CK up and try to get the drug possession charge reduced or make sure it can be adjudicated then dismissed.

I've been smoking with a bowl and bud in my car with my gf before and they asked to search and I said no... they didn't call in the K9 or anything and just said "do you want to cooperate with the law" and I said I had to get going home, then they just let me on my way. So how did you even get pulled and found in the first place?

The DUI even with a measly public pretender would get dismissed without proof (Breathalizer, blood test etc.)
The possession and para are stuck like glue if he took your pipe n stash.
I just beat a case that I had 6 months over my head for and got out of it with 60 days of Operation payback...
My girl is a law student so she represented me and we won...well sorta won, considering the judge was dead set on 180 days of county.

When I was like 22 maybe I got pulled over and was smoking a blunt at the time.

I ate the lit blunt, burnt the shit out of my tongue, and thought I was slick as F*CK when the cops only wrote me a ticket for an expired inspection sticker, then after they left I looked in the rear view mirror and I had chunks of weed in my teeth and my teeth were completely black from the ash.

Those F*CKING cops are probably still laughing at my dumbass.

i have no sympathy for anyone that drinks and drives, or does drugs and drives. I don't have a problem with doing those things if you are not behind the wheel, but I hope anyone that does it while driving gets caught and butt fucked hard.
