 welp, my computer is totally out of comish. Due to my a/c being out, the heat baked my harddrive and my Pc BSOD'd. Disc read error, wont boot windows and all that jazz. So I wont be playing til I get a new drive and reinstall windows. At least hard drives are cheap and really spacious, like luff's asshole.

I live in Texas, used to live without AC, never lost a hard drive to it, so I don't believe it.
Hard drive may have been faulty though, who knows.

Re: welp, my computer is totally out of comish. Well Im currently on my PC typing this. Its confusing because I was playing CS last night and my shit just randomly BSOD'd and then went to black and then gave me the message "disc read error. Ctrl+Alt+Del to retry" or some shit like that. When I did so, the PC posted and then said that my harddrive SATA 6 thingy wasnt responding and was corrupt or something and wouldnt boot windows, etc. So I gave it a day and waiting until it was cooler in my room and now it booted up and I'm on my pc now. I've got all my important files copied to another storage unit and I'm gonna be kill-disc-ing my shit either tonight or tomorrow. I'll reinstall windows afterwards.

Re: welp, my computer is totally out of comish. I had almost the same shit happening to me, and I narrowed it down to my hard drive being on it's last legs.
Ordered a new one today, hopefully mine doesn't completely shit the bed before I can clone it.

Re: welp, my computer is totally out of comish. Good luck. I did a hard drive heaIth check and it came back fine. I got all of my important stuff off and then I zero-filled it using dban. Now I just have to find someone with a Windows 7 Professional cd and I'll be back up and running.

Re: welp, my computer is totally out of comish. Just torrent a OEM 7 disk. i prefer OEM because of the control it gives during install. I might have a iso of it on my HD still, if i do i can FTP it to you or some such if you dont feel like torrenting.
