You are one of the F*CKERS that creates more work for me. More than likely your results will come back as diluted which means you will either have to take the test again or they will eliminate you. I see these all day and when I see diluted I know its because the person is trying to hide something by flushing their system.

I also agree with Stoner that it's the person, not the weed. From my personal experience, with myself and many close friends, I've found that weed will enhance the type of person you are, or the mood/mindset you're in. For example, I have a friend that will smoke and gets stuck to the couch and won't move for hours. I can smoke the same joint as him and I'll want to go walk around downtown, play some soccer or just do something fun.

Smoking isn't for everyone and I think they key is to be honest with yourself about the type of person you are and the type of person you become when high. If you become unproductive then don't smoke or only smoke when you've completed all your objectives for the day/week. Again, be honest with yourself. For me, I've found balance by smoking only once a week or two, when I've already completed whatever I needed to get done in my life.
