UPDATE!!!
I found a guy that was able to fabricate and weld a tension rod to hold the alternator straight and steady. Its a little rigged but its 100% stable and can be driven without worries. The guy did it all for the cost of a case of beer (about 25 bucks)! I went to court and was given a pre trial diversion program which the cost is 300 bucks, Its a 6 month program in which all i do is See an officer once a month and take a urine test. Basically if i do not fail (no more smoking pot) any tests in the next 6 months I will be let off with no record of any offense. Its not the worst thing in the world and i think i can manage. My car runs fine and im having the brake pads changed later this week. i decided im keeping this car even if it only last a couple years. The guy that did the bracket said it sounded strong and has a good amount of life left in it, I havnt been on css playing because I had to RMA my hard drive and haven't had the time to reinstall all of my stuff. I should be back sometime next week on a regular basis.

Turn those rotors when you replace the pads or your wasting money.Turning the rotors can be done by most auto parts stores for a few buck a piece.They need to be smooth again or the grooves will just eat up a new set of pads in no time.And like Rok said check those fluids daily.

The hell is up with everyone and "shouldn't smoke weed" come on now, everytime im in the sever everyone in there is bragging about being high/drunk/ doing crazy drugs...and you guys are saying he's bad for smoking weed? Come on......we all smoke weed, he just made the mistake of not leaving it at home, or not tossing it when someone yelled "cops" "cops". Trust me, you'll learn, keep it at home, and also you should have plead not guilty and forced them to prove it was your weed, and then during the trial show them youtube videos of marines guarding opium and Afghanistan and then ask them why they are not in jail right now! but hey that's our country, advertise drugs on tv all day but someone smokes weed and they are a criminal. you can thank Big pharm lobby, alcohol lobby and tobacco lobby for paying politicians off to keep weed illegal. They don't want it legal because Big Pharm would be out of business!!! and THATS what they don't teach you in school!

CAR IS DEAD!!!! It died about 1 mile away from my house on the way to get gas, The car is not repairable (it is but the cost is over 4 grand). I have depleted my entire saving for this thing and am now left with nothing. I have no way to replace my car and work is soo slow im likely getting laid off in the next couple weeks, Im in the same boat i was in 1 year ago, only now I am on a drug diversion program. My parents are starting to fight like all hell and might get divorced, Everything in my life has gone up in smoke. But thankfully i still got a few close friends in my life and here at n00bfest that make it a bit better.

Sorry to hear it bud. It'll all just make you stronger. Divorcing parents sucks, a lot of us have been there, but things like this have a way of working out. As bad as it sounds my parents divorce was down right horrible and dirty, all the custody issues and court battles, but after it was all said and done life turned out for the better and we all turned out to be happier. So don't think that your life turned to shit, because it's just getting started. Also, this is just a first job. Unfortunately it will come to an end art one point or another. One thing I've learned over the years that really helps me out..I never stop looking for better opportunities. Maybe others will say differently, but I would recommend that you don't stop until you're completely satisfied with where you're at. I kind of got away from the subject, but all I'm saying is life gets rough from time to time, you'll occasionally lose a battle or two, but the war isn't over until you say it is.

I dunno, if it were me, I'd fix'er up and re-sell her for a bit more cash, then head on over to a BH-PH and put a down payment on something that might last a bit longer. That way, you can pay tons of extra money to build up your credit!

This is true. Building your credit will just help you in the long run. Eventually everyone hopes to own a home. Don't want bad/no credit F*CKING that up for you.
